Front desk staff was great. It is a little confusing having two hotels in one building but other then that we had a great stay. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Great stay.

We had a great stay. The only one thing what I suggest is changing pillows because they are very soft and not good support. Everything else was great! Thank you !

The property was beautiful and the staff was very sweet

We loved the breakfast and very pet friendly!

The one drawback from my perspective was that pets are allowed. I always enjoy dogs and cats, but hearing a large dog trot across the floor of the room above me was a little annoying. Or hearing one bark next-door. Other than that, it is a clean, modern, and friendly place to stay. One other disappointment was the information in Expedia did not mention a seven dollar fee for parking each day. I would still recommend the place.

Also, the pool is filled with so much chlorine that it’s probably not even safe. The room is filled with the smell of chlorine, it even burns the eyes. My son swallowed water and woke up with his throat burning, so I will have to take him to the doctor to see what it is. I’m afraid it’s a burn from the chlorine. He’s the only one that woke up feeling sick after being in the pool. Some positives: the beds are very comfortable! The lobby is spacious and the amenities are great. The staff is always so nice and welcoming.

We were very impressed by Home2Suites. It was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. So many little things improved our stay, from the gym complete with mats (I'd forgotten my yoga mat) to the water refill station (I didn't need to haul cases of water across states). I loved that it was so family friendly with games and game tables. The room was very clean, and the staff was so attentive and welcoming. I loved that it was dog friendly with even a bowl of dog biscuits at check-in. The breakfast was quite good with a great selection. The pool was meh. Very shallow and small, and no hot tub. There was a bit of trash under my bed not from us, and that wasn't pleasant. While the breakfast was good, they did struggle a bit to keep up on it. The whipped cream was empty every morning, and each morning we were kept waiting for fresh, hot entree items such as the omlets and sausge.

We loved our experience at this hotel! Everything was CLEAN! From the expansive lobby to the games for kids, the fire pits and corn hole… it was great! The hotel had a FANTASTIC breakfast for guests (sausage, eggs, potatoes, toast, waffles, cereals, etc.) which leads to our highlight. Yuria was exceptional! We have a child with food allergies. He helped us track down food packaging to look at labels to see what was safe for her to eat. He went the extra mile and for that, we are very, very grateful. The hotel is also close to major retailers and restaurants, so location is 100%! Should our travels bring us this way again, we’ll look to stay here!

Overall the stay was a good one. The hotel was clean. One thing to keep in mind is they allow dogs. We had a dog on our floor the first night that barked ALL NIGHT... Another suprise when we got to the hotel was they charge extra for parking. Maybe I missed that in the listing, but seemed a little odd that parking wasnt included in the room price. Lastly, the breakfast service in the AM was very busy each morning, and as a result ran out of things like coffee and eggs quickly, and it took a bit for them to get replenished. Overall I would stay here again, but keep in mind the animals and the parking charges.

These Hotels are probably the best Hotels ever stayed at. Breakfast is great and staff is great. The rooms are wonderful. Very clean and beds are super comfy.
-
If you’re traveling with pets they have a nice parking lot with a pet relief area and they also have fire pits, corn hole, and chairs to hang out both inside and outside.
-
The room and grounds were very nice. The only thing I encountered was having to stand in line a long time while the front desk person carried on a personal conversation about protein shakes with a guest and ignored the fact that I was standing there

Everything. Staff was professional, friendly, attentive. Facility was superb. Amenities were top notch.
