This hotel was amazing. We traveled with our family seven and loved this hotel. They were incredibly helpful. The facilities were very clean and nice. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had at a hotel. The laundry amenities were very clean. Overall, a great experience.

We booked for our family. We specifically booked because of the pool, and it wasn't available to us during our time there. It was under maintenance I guess. This was very disappointing to our kids, and no discount was offered as a result. We had a lot of down time and they weren't thrilled that the pool wasn't an option. Otherwise, great vibe, great breakfast, family friendly, and would book again. Just disappointed that we weren't able to use the main amenity we paid for.

The young lady helping making breakfast was incredible. She took great care of many people. Keeping the serving area clean and serve breakfast quickly, caring for everyone as fast as possible.

Breakfast was good. Plenty of seating inside and outside. Not having a microwave in the room. It's more convenient than having to go to the main lobby to use the one there.

Everything was amazing except, we got chicken sandwiches from the bistro in the evening for dinner and they were not good. We got two different sandwiches that said they were to be on two different kinds of bread, but they were on the same bread.The chicken was supposed to be crispy, and they weren't crispy. The breakfast was very very good.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was amazing. There was a really good variety and the breakfast potatoes were delicious Nothing to complain about!

Facilities were good, the staff were accommodating and professional, and the rooms were very clean. Perhaps more amenities like bottles of water or coffee or tea in the room.
