Days Inn by Wyndham Florence/I-95 North

Friendly staff OK., the room was clean. Glad an iron and table were available in my room to press my clothes for Sunday morning. My concern is that Wyndham is notorious for not spending in the upkeep of properties they own. There seems to be a shortage of staff in the lobby. Breakfast was below expectations, there was no regular coffee, the orange juice looked preprocessed with lots of sugar (i.e. cheap) and the trash can was already full around before 7:30 AM. The toilet in my room was running water due poor maintenance. In my view, it needs to good plumber to replace the water line valve and the shank assembly. There was garbage on the pathway near the stairs since the night before. I never saw employees cleaning the outside areas. True, this property as been around for many decades, but not properly maintaining it hurts the Days Inns brand. Since this appears to be a systemic problem, the reputation of Days Inn is being compromised. Next time, I will book elsewhere.

Just another hohum place to lay your head. Breakfast was OK. Waffles, boiled eggs. cold cereal, and coffee.

price was good and convenient for me

Beds were clean, bathroom floors not so much. AC worked well. Breakfast was lacking: waffles, hard boiled eggs, cereal and muffins. Juices tasted off, maybe they were generic. Did taste fresh like it normally does.

Breakfast consisted for hard boil eggs and waffle mix to make fresh waffles. Days Inn has a standard I have not seen in probably ever.

The mattress’s were filthy. They had stains everywhere on them. The vents had black mold. It’s a shame because days inn used to be exceptionally well maintained. Hopefully they can meet those standards again in the future.

Rooms were not the cleanest, and our refrigerator leaked. Staff was pleasant, but property could have been managed better.

Room floor was dirty. Spilled some water next to bed cleaned up water off floor and paper towel was filthy black. Ice bucket was not cleaned out. Shower was good with hot water and waffles at breakfast was also good. Would not stay here again.

The floors are dirty everything i come the price is good from now on I'll bring a mop and clean my room . My socks black with dirt smh

Room badly aging, mold in at least several places in bathroom l, room dirty in so many places, draperies old and dirty, we told person in office toilet slow and plugged and she handed my husband a plunger. Toilet never worked right

The property was under construction and was not told. Why Orbitz allowed a booking to happen

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Wouldn’t recommend the breakfast.

Rooms are very spacious. Great customer service No complaints

Room size was good, location was good, general cleaniness. None of the outlets worked. Couldn't even charge my phone. The dryer did not work. There was mold in the bathroom on the shower curtain and by the vents. The women working check in was not very friendlly.

I must say, we travel ALOT, and this is by far one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. Mold in the bathroom, blood on the trim, dirty walls, dirty bed sheets, no toilet paper in the bathroom. We left at 3am as my wife was so disgusted she couldn't sleep. I would like a refund

I liked the breakfast, the beds, cleanliness. From the moment I arrived, another guest had a boom box blasting with loud base music. Also, the reving up of a motorcycle that stayed on for a long time. I put up with the noise hoping it would stop. At 9 pm, I called the front desk to complain and the lady seemed a bit hesitant to take any action and I let it go because as I spoke to her the loud volume went down. I agreed to call back if it continued. I called back and insisted for her to call them. Later, I realized her hesitation was due to this guest being more of a permanent nature. While the hotel itself deserved a better rating, this incident soured my night.

5:30am wake up call that I did not request. Guests in the room beside me banging and screaming until 2am. I usually have no issues at either Florence Days Inn but that stay was absolutely terrible!!!

The rooms were terribly nasty ? mold in bathroom ceilings, trash behind the furniture, dust everywhere and the curtains were outdated and dirty
