Traveled with family room could have been cleaned floors were slippery like if they haven’t cleaned the floor in months. Checking staff was helpful but the lady in the morning was miserable when I asked a question about the breakfast.

Unfortunately, the employee who checked us in was rude and unfriendly, which made for a poor first impression. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The hotel was nice, clean, and comfortable.

Close to venue. Staff was accommodating Trucks took up the close spots parking sideways at night so had to park far away in the dark late at night. Hall and elevator always smelled like weed. Had to move rooms because of loud dog in room next door

Waited 23 minutes for someone to show up at front desk to get checked in. Room, and hotel and grounds need work. Air conditioning so loud and vibrating hard to sleep.

The maintenance guy was super amazingly helpful when our cat got lost in the room. I went to wipe up some water off the floor and the cloth came up dark. There were brown stains on the wall that I hope was coffee. No coffee maker in the room.
