Last resort Key card didn't work after hrs . Locked out of room. 4hrs. F this place. Staff was called no answer. Didn't care . Had be letting by the housekeeping staff only after and I was ruined it was already morning. And then they banned me when I came back because I wanted the cheap room because I stuck my hands through an opening in the window waving to see if someone was in the office unbelievable refund this place is awful sucks I hate it people didn't even offer me my money back they care less

Was great the help getting the room with the issues I was having. There was a bag over the smoke detector from what they claimed. I lost my deposit and honestly I didn't do such a thing have no reason to do something so weird. The loss of the deposit cost me my transportation home and was stuck out in a blizzard the entire day until the staff from another close by hotel allowed me to charge my phone to get help. With the little bit of kindness I was able to contact a friend who was able to help me. Had I stayed on your property the manager was gonna call the law on me for trespassing. I hope you can find better staff here where they don't just make up things just to keep a small amount of money ($40) just to line there own pocket. I was warned that this would happen. Wish I would have listened to others in the community over a cheap room in an emergency.
