Holiday Inn Express Ft. Lauderdale Cruise-Airport by IHG

This is a great hotel for going on a cruise from Port Everglades. The hotel is within walking distance to lots of restaurants and cafes with a dollar tree across the road for any last minute snacks or toiletries. The room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was simple but well replenished. My only gripe would be I chose it for the shuttle from the airport but then there was no information on how to call for or meet the shuttle and the only number on the booking was a centralised one so I ended up getting an uber as it had been a long travel day.

Good location! Ample parking. When I checked in, the staff cleaning the rooms were very loud. The room was clean with lots of plugs. No view. Breakfast was great one day and so-so the other. Elevators are VERY SLOW! Rooms are quiet and beds nice and big. They have an airport and port shuttle. I will stay here again.

Staff was helpful at check in and during our stay. Hotel was within walking distance of many restaurants and shopping. Likes the parking structure, although a little tight on space size and mobility of larger vehicles it served the need well. Checking in and out easy and quick. Breakfast was good and hot. Room was very spacious and clean.

It was very clean ,the rooms were comfortable, and the breakfast was very good I only stay at holiday inns express ! The parking was just ok and the staff did not tell me when I checked in that you need to use your key to up to your room , besides tgaf everything was good .

The only complaint we have was our room smelled musky. We had to go buy some air freshener spray in order to sleep in the room. We only stayed one night.

Excelente hotel lo recomiendo a todos. Muy cerca del puerto de crucero. La transportación del Aéreopuerto al Hotel tardo como 1 hora. Cerca de muchos restaurantes y supermercados y tiendas caminando. Habitaciones super limpias, cafe 24 horas, desayuno completo y muy bueno. Piscina limpia y grande. La transportación para el puerto de cruceros mejor es con aplicaciónes de transporte mas económico. Habitaciones conectadas excelentes para familias.

Your experience at this hotel will 100% depend on the room you get. The staff is great, free shuttle to/from the airport, cheap shuttle to/from the cruise port. Free breakfast is great; pancakes, omelets, bacon, turkey sausage, etc. The rooms are updated and “clean”. I’ve stayed here a few times; great room one time, Another time the hot water never got hot, it was “not cold “ at best. Another time the room smelled so strongly of mildew that my eyes watered. It’s good for an overnight stay but you may have to request a different room based on the issues you encounter.

Breakfast was nice! Hotel was close to the airport. The room had a bad smell, and the bathroom lights did not work correctly.
