Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. If you plan on booking a spa treatment I recommend you book it in advance.

Awesome stay for Father's Day weekend. It was very accommodating and the food was delicious at every restaurant. One male manager needs work on his customer service skills, but all other staff was amazing from check in to check out. Definitely returning.

We had a great time at the property

As soon as I checkwd out. I went to the lounge are to sit and have lunch with my 2 daughters while my son played in the Basketball Tournament. It had not been 1 hour since checking out. When we were treat like trash. An employee walked up to me and my 2 daughters and insisted they needed our table for guests. Mind you there were five open tables available, and I just purchased a latte from there cafe inside. She specifically stated she needed our table, and we had to move. No other guests were asked to leave. The employees insisted, I leave. The only African Americans present were asked to leave. I didn't put up a fight. I stood up, and walked away with my 6 year old daughter, and 12 year old daughter asking why we had to leave. It hurts my heart to explain racism to my 6 and 12year old daughters. I will never stay at this place again.

The only downfall was allll the kids at the pool throwing the football through out the whole pool - splashing everyone and even hit someone! The staff at the pool responded quickly so that was awesome. After it was more relaxing. Our room was incredible, we were able to see the sunset and the skyline. We didn’t want to leave. Valet was great too. Overall enjoyed our stay and we will be back.

A beautiful modern hotel, fantastic room with a great view.

The pool can get wild. Nobody supervising kids diving… it was not pleasant at all the vibe is not what I expected. Big crowds of ppl from events at convention center

Just a beautiful property in a great location with all the amenities without having to leave. The cost is a bit much but worth it.

Beautiful pool and bar areas. Lovely Hard to access. Uber/lyft couldn’t access the entrance because of the conference center traffic—- we had to walk 1/5 mile and through bushes to r ash entrance as a guest. Also the promised cruise shuttle — we were told they were running an hr behind, so we just ordered a Lyft. Sigh. Maybe they’ll figure it out In the future, but if there is a convention in town— beware

Wow where do i begin… from the moment we booked Danielle reached out and introduced herself and asked if there was anything she can do to make our stay better. I told her we were celebrating our engagement and having a baby on the way. She congratulated us then she and the hotel staff not only accommodated us but went above and beyond to make our stay special. As soon as we opened our room door we were greeted with our favorite fruits and chocolates and drinks and champagne it’s was the most beautiful thing ever.. they even got a gift for our baby and beautiful written letters. Our room was beautiful with the nicest view. They whole stay we felt special and I can’t them enough for that. I can’t wait to come back this is the best Hotel by far in Florida ❤️❤️❤️

We really enjoyed our stay at Omni Hotel Fort Lauderdale. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. All areas were clean, fresh and well maintained. We stayed for our 35 Wedding Anniversary and they provided welcoming and anniversary amenities that we enjoyed and helped with our celebration. We would highly recommend this hotel whenever visiting Fort Lauderdale. We will be back.
