Awful experience, paid extra for the jetted tub beware the water is yellow, bring own reverse osmosis treatment if planning to get. Not from the area and discoloration completely turned me away

This is an excellent hotel for those who value their money; it is clean and smells fresh, and the reception staff are very polite. I’ve stayed here probably ten times, and my satisfaction grows with every visit. It’s a very good place—100% recommended for families. The rooms don't smell like cigarettes or marijuana, and the breakfast is simple but delicious.

The location was nice. The elevator was not working. We were on the 3rd floor and had to carry suitcases down the steps.

I love everything about this property it was safe it was clean and it’s in a great location. I stayed two nights for my birthday staycation and it was great. Now the only thing I say that need to be worked on is the fruit that was offered for breakfast they was rooted. The outside sitting area next to the parking garage is everything love it. I was kinda upset about not having my tube in the room but it was ok.

Would’ve been helpful to know some of the amenities in advance. We also were not told we had to request maid service. But overall it was a very nice stay and staff was very nice and helpful!!

I was very unhappy with the way this situation was handled. The security guard knocked on our door at 11:00 PM in a very aggressive manner, as if we were being sought by the police, simply to inform us that our vehicle was not parked correctly. The proper way to handle this situation would have been for the office to call our room and notify us, rather than knocking on our door while we were asleep. We were startled and awakened in the middle of the night for an issue that could have been resolved in a much more professional and respectful manner. This experience was completely unpleasant and inappropriate for guests who are trying to rest. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the way these situations are handled in the future.
