Comfort Suites Fort Wayne - Southwest

We have always enjoyed staying here. It is clean, the staff is friendly, and the location is accessible to may things.

Room was clean, staff very helpful. They replaced a defective hairdryer very quickly. I would choose them again.

The room was good we had no hand soap in the bathroom so we purchased some an left it for the next guest. The window looked like it needed some attention or was in the process. We also had to request toilet paper because all we had was less than half of a roll. Those were our only issues that’s why my rating was just good.

Staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean. Lots of food options nearby, and also a Kroger.

OK hotel for the price, but bathroom was very beat up. Looks like it needs a refresh, toilet paper holder was broken, so TP kept falling on the floor. Looked like maintenance was needed in general, mold in shower, needs re-caulked. Overall, hotel needs a deep clean. Floors in general and in elevator were super dirty. They are under construction also, so maybe after project is finished, they will clean everything better.

The hotel offered great amenities, which added to the overall enjoyment and convenience of our stay. Everything was well-maintained, and the atmosphere was both comfortable and inviting. We greatly appreciated the level of service provided and the attention to detail shown by the entire team. It’s clear that guest satisfaction is a priority here. We would not hesitate to stay here again and will definitely be booking with this hotel in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with exceptional customer service and excellent amenities.

There is a considerable amount of mold in the bathroom

The location was perfect. It was clean and always had a good smell. Joanna , the front desk clerk was AMAZING!!! Her smile and welcoming personality makes you want to keep coming back , housekeeping was great . Breakfast was good. Christian the guy that works evenings/ nights was rude and disrespectful!! He needs a class on customer service.

Updated and nice Wish my room would have been cleaned since we stayed 3 nights but apparently you have to stay 4 nights to get room service

The pull out bed had dirt and crumbs all over it. The shower had hardwater stains on the floor and scum on the door. The air conditioner in the room was extremely clogged up with dust, but even if it wasn’t, one of the beds blocked the air conditioner so you couldn’t even feel it on the other side of the room. The pool floor was extremely slippery, the water was a bit cold and with it opening at 10am, kids didn’t get to swim before check out at 11am. The breakfast was pretty good though.

Side doors all locked after 10pm. Had to walk all the way around in the rain.

There was ample parking and desk staff were very attentive when you walk in. All the staff were friendly in the hotel. The room was clean, the bathroom just needed a little maintence. It could be considered a good thing, the rooms are being used frequently. Breakfast was good, a nice start to the morning! We really loved how many things there are for kids in Fort Wayne.

Breakfast was ok, pool was great for the kids. I don't like that you have to go down to the front to get blankets and sheets for the pull out bed they should already be in the room.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very unprofessional, Your ad online said you had airport shuttle upon arrival and getting out of my Uber I was informed there is no shuttle for the airport, I had to spend another $55 to get to the airport after being told one price online by the booking company it was $100 more for the room your staff was very rude,

The pool was awesome The un cleanliness of the floor.
