Our bed was dirty and the bathroom door was broken so we had to move rooms when we first got in at 12 o’clock at night.

The front desk staff and restaurant staff were great-always smiling and very helpful! The room was clean and the hotel was well maintained. Breakfast was good (the pancakes weren’t great, but everything else was excellent). It was easy to check in and out, parking was great, and we would definitely stay here again.

Great room sizes, lots of space - nice bar and breakfast ok. Big area for parking. Confy beds and showers. close driving distance to downtown Franklin and Brentwood. Parking could be complimentary; Service at the restaurant could be a bit better;

This hotel was a very nice place to stay. It is clean, quiet and comfortable. I never heard any of the other guests on our floor. There is a nice pool & deck area on the 2nd floor. We did not eat at either restaurant, but it was nice to know they were there. They do have a shuttle that goes in a 3 mile radius. No free breakfast and there is a parking fee if you drove your own vehicle . Overall, we were very satisfied and hope to stay there again.
