Location. Arrived in torrential rain storm. Sat in parking lot 15 minutes before we could get out. Took a while to get checked in - computer issues. Got to room, key didn't work. Left glasses & car keys in room. 5 phone calls to find person who could mail them to us. Do realize weather isn't fault of hotel...but it was frustrating after driving 6 hours.

The staff followed my request about not scenting the room, so it was safe for my highly allergic child. I never got a response to the booking request or email, so I had to call several times to get through and make sure they knew about this need (they did not). However, once I made them aware, they took care of it--greatly appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. Entering the side door closest to our room was like walking into a chemical factory, you simply couldn't breath in there. At one point when we came back from dinner, my child had to run down the hall to our room because the hall was just thick with weed smell. The business center printers were both down. there were no directions to connect, and even if there were, both had toner lights flashing indicating that they may not have worked anyway. The front desk staff did not have any information at all about how to use the machines. There was an 800 number to call, but no indications of hours that number would be staffed or if they would be able to actually provide support. Other hotels I have stayed at had clear instructions printed out near the printers, and when you wiggle the mouse of the business center computer, even more instructions come up.

Rene was wonderful! Very helpful and accommodating when I added several days to my stay. She answer all my questions with a friendly smile every time I went to the front desk.

Easy access to get in and out , parking lot really clean , receptionist was friendly and greeted us as soon as we came in .smelled clean and looked even better , rooms were spotless , beds are extremely comfortable!! We loved the pool and hot tub !! We didn’t get a chance to eat breakfast there because we ate elsewhere but it smelled amazing . The only complaints I have is they don’t carry change at the front desk and the vending machine only accepts one dollar bills. But it was a store really close by so it wasn’t too much of a hassle. We would definitely be staying here again when we come back out to visit family 10 out 10 experience 🙂

Walls were dirty, floor was dirty, no clean washcloths and towels. Was told would have to wait up to two hours two days straight for clean laundry. Room 110 had rusty tub and requested to move to a different room, Requesting a refund,

This property needs some updates, room needs painted, furniture worn, landscaping needs care

Close to 95 Hotel room didn’t lock. Almost fell in bathroom. Had to ask for towels there were none in the room when we got there.

Curtain/shade had multiple holes (I’m assuming due to age) allowing light in the room. Carpet in room had multiple stains and was worn down in places. First floor/lobby reeked of weed the evening when we left for dinner and when we returned. We were on the 3rd floor and it did not smell bad and the floor was very quiet. Bed was comfortable and the shower was hot and strong. It took almost 8 minutes to get hot. I did appreciate having a dorm sized refrigerator in the room. Breakfast was okay-typical hotel breakfast.
