Nice hotel and friendly staff. The room was spacious and clean. Pillows were not fluffy like I prefer but we had a nice stay. The refrigerator and microwave in the room was a great addition I didn’t expect. No coffee maker in room though. All in all a good hotel for your convenience.

Musty smell everywhere, staff unhelpful when there was a mismatch of the Expedia room type to their reservation.

Staff was very rude! I would not stay here again.

Very clean WiFi was down, the person above me was bouncing what sounded like a basketball until 1-2am!, the king size bed was not comfy like most hotels.

The room was like sleeping in a single car garage..

I got my reimbursement back. Upon arrival I was asked to pay a 250 $ deposit on a 75$ room booking, which I thought was a lot and I have been staying in hotels consistently and have never had such a high deposit fee in even high end establishments before. It was not mentioned on booking.com and I asked why it was so high and asked to receive the managers contact information to request them to add that information on their booking.com listing. Furthermore I asked what if I can't pay that high of an amount and the receptionist explained I wouldn't be able to stay there. The receptionist took my interaction as personal and as me arguing with her when I simply was pointing out there needing to be a correction made on their listing (as it's misleading and fals advertisement) which turned into them refusing to check me in and calling the police as I refused to leave without being reimbursed for a service I didn't receive. It didn't need to end that way. I used to work in hospitality so I am well aware of who has control of the content being published and it's up to the establishment to add information about their establishment including rules, regulations and fees. Yet, they said it was booking.com that had control. Anyways, I believe it was divine intervention why I wasn't ment to stay here yet have never encountered such an experience before and would not suggest supporting this establishment as it was not handled with respect or professionalism.

Close to a lot of things The person above me sounded like an elephant walking till like 11 at night then again at 5 in the morning. Which the gym would’ve had at least some dumbbells for lifting!

Staff was a tad rude to my wife but the stay was pleasant. Rooms were much nicer and bigger than a more expensive Hampton or Hilton for instance. I would come again but another rude interaction from staff would put me off from going ever again.

No late check outs. $250 deposit hold. That part made me made. No breakfast.

The hotel was decent, nothing luxury but it was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The AC in the room was obnoxiously loud, the thermostat is there for show the controls are on the unit itself, which is fine but would be nice to know. Breakfast is a bare minimum pre-packaged breakfast ( not knocking it just giving heads up). The kitchen in the room is not stocked you have to ask for the items. The location was near a lot of restaurants and shopping so that was ideal and if you are doing something at the convention center its perfect because it is walking distance.
