Loved loved loved the gym and breakfast! Such a nice place!

At this point, there was no offer to help me cancel my booking for change it for the correct night so I had no choice but to leave. I was extremely disappointed to learn that the beautiful pool picture on hotels.com was not on the property site. Adding to my frustration I had two tired, hot children, one of whom was a diabetic and needed to eat. We live in the world, visual choices, as well as the fact that no one reads the fine print, especially on the phone when you’re booking something at the last minute. This property is misleading at best. The rip at hotels.com was very helpful, but he was not able to reach the attendant on staff either to help with the book. Being that I had no way to alter my booking I was forced to leave. I repeat that the attendant was not helpful and explaining any of these issues to me, although she was originally helpful assisting me in finding the reservation, which was booked for the wrong night. Mistakes happen and to have a blanket no refund policy is not only bad customer service. It’s bad business.

Check in process was terrible. Everything else was great. Apparently your website doesn’t communicate with the hotel to give my email or phone number so they could not send me the information to check in. You need to improve that.

Amenities arevav10 minute walk away. This is an automated hotel so be prepared to check yourself in on the phone to get a key.

Highly recommend. Very spacious which is great for families. Also very quiet so was able to sleep great.

The room was very modern, clean and comfortable. Initially were we uncomfortable with keyless entry and NO front desk, but we accommodated. We will return.

You have to drive with your car to get that free breakfast and to get to the pool

The only thing I didn’t like , is that the clubhouse was a little far.

The property was clean and accommodating, the room was spacious, and the location was accessible to a variety of restaurants and shopping. The Club House amenities were a great plus. The AI feature was great however it would have been helpful to speak with a live person an attempt to resolve the issue with the app for the keyless entry that was deactivated the night before checkout. The solution however was the ability to print a physical card in the lobby. There was also an unauthorized charge on my credit card however it was resolved. Overall if I am ever in the area again I would make my stay at this hotel again.
