Clean and maintain Our room wasn’t clean on the day the staff said it would. Gave new towels and took dirty one but didn’t take the trash or make the bed. Ac unit was very loud

All was great the room was of nice size , breakfast was great ,good variety ,and the staff kept everything tidy, and refilled the food when needed, we enjoyed our stay all I would change would be that specification on charging for parking would be in description I didnt see that, unless I overlooked it other than that I would stay here again 😀

The hotel was perfectly located for our large family before our cruise departure. With a Walmart just across the street we were able to pick up some last minute items. Breakfast was good and saved us time and money.

When we arrived they immediately allowed us to check in Our room had chopped onions in the trash can and a tampon wrapper in the bathroom trash.

The staff were friendly, efficient, and professional. The rooms were clean and roomy and the breakfast buffet offered something for everyone. The location is conviently within walking distace of restaurants and shopping. Will definitely recommend to others and plan to stay there when I return to Galveston

Nice clean breakfast was good pool area clean When I first arrived miyah at front desk was so nice she was patient knowledgeable very out going she made me happy to have chose to come there Extremely high and staff Was so not so helpful that day to check out they were nice just not to helpful I asked for a few things In got told to wait then when they did it wasn’t to my satisfaction
