when I check in no room available , the shower didn't work . Ac in that room was very loud 😳 . that why I check out sooner not happy

I booked and paid for A suite and it is not what they gave me. Please refund me for the room that I received vs. paid for.

Breakfast fresh daily, didn't go to the bar. I asked for a king and got double beds and whomever was over me had kids running through their room at 6 in the morning EVERY morning like they were on a basketball court, and when it was reported NOTHING happened.

Rooms are spacious and everything needed, our only complaint would be the sun shade didn’t work and we got to watch the AZ sunrise

Great location! The property is very clean, organized, and well kept. It was nicely located near restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, CVS, gas stations, and the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport was 30 minutes away. Nothing to complain about.
