The friendly staff and breakfast made the stay comfortable.

The staff is amazing! So friendly.and helpful. I like that you offer complimentary breakfast. Hpqever, the food was just bland and pastwries were dry.

Service desk was amazing nice and friendly the rooms was spacious well taken care of beds where comfy and pool was really nice.

It was easy to find and the room was very nice. The bed was comfortable.

Our room was ok but the staff were very friendly at check in and throughout the day. They had coffee all day and breakfast in the AM which was great for volleyball fuel

Needed to travel for an appointment at 35 1/2 weeks pregnant preparing to get the worst night sleep, even so much I forgot my pregnancy pillow and was dreading it…. Definitely not the case by far probably one of the most comfortable night of sleep I’ve gotten this whole pregnancy. The beds and pillows were so soft and comfortable, even made my way down to the pool which was the perfect temperature to walk right in. Definitely would recommend staying again. Clean room but lotion near sink empty and body wash low .. in shower 🚿 would like to see more than two washers as in the am like a clean washer four should be on towel rack … also took awhile for the fridge to get cool … room 413 … Tebbatt’s

The staff were awesome. Very professional. The first thing I noticed was the ac return filter was basically filthy. I contacted the front desk and they did have it replaced. The hotel had their palms trimmed while we were there. Unfortunately. You could not use the pool on a Sunday for most of the day. After the palms were trimmed, there was quite a bit of debris in the pool. I don’t know why you would trim during a weekend. We had a balcony room which overlooks the entrance carport area. The rooftop had a toothbrush, beer can and trash. One day while exiting the elevator. There was a person actually grabbing stuff of the trash can and eating it. With all this in mind. $200 + per night for this seems a far stretch. Unfortunately, we will not be staying here again. Hampton was always a very nice place to stay. Also. It seems they switched their out their mattresses. Not good. And, btw, one of our pillows actually had mold on it. The cover and pillow.
