The room was amazing, but the bathtub and the shower were both dirty, we asked about having them cleaned and we were told it had to be scheduled only after we had already been checked in. The front desk clerk came to our room and sprayed cleaner on both which only made it worse. The TV didn't work, the internet wouldn't connect, the microwave would not turn off it had to be unplugged. My wife got locked out on the patio even though she had a key card. The breakfast on Sunday was sub par- they ran out of milk and didn't have many options. The staff was nice, the hotel itself was clean, and the decor was great.

Breakfast good! Rooms could be dusted before arrivals, seemed like noone had used the room in a while, there was a big moth in the restroom. Big hotel, good location

Elevator not working. Front desk aware, waiting for part to repair. Stayed on 3 rd floor. Lots of steps. Bedding clean but needs replacing. Bed comfortable.

After spending a terrible night at a different property, I was vigiliant to find a hotel with high ratings for cleanliness. Arbuckle Lodge did not disappoint. The room was spacious, and oh so clean. The staff was helpful, and the breakfast was pretty decent- I wish there had been some fresh fruit but other than that, it was a decent selection of the standard hotel breakfast fare. Thank you for taking pride in your facility, and having high standards for cleanliness. I highly recommend a stay at Arbuckle Lodge!

When you enter you are greeted by friendly staff. The place is clean and very inviting. The room itself is very spacious and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and bathrooms very clean. We recommend this place!!

Rooms on road side are very noise - speeding trucks with Jake brakes outside all nite long.
