Pros: Okay location although still a 20 min walk to downtown Glenwood. Cons: - Charge daily for parking - Run down property - Rooms small and dated - Barking dogs in room next door - Phone didn’t work - Room not stocked with basics like handsoap - Blankets paper thin and when asked for additional blankets they brought sheets - Air conditioning loud and obnoxious - Pool closed upon arrival - Pool has minimal seating areas - Pool not as cool as pictures make it out to be - No housekeeping service unless you request it (was not mentioned at check-in)

We had a great experience! The staff was helpful. I wish I would habe gotten the name of the girl that checked us in she was amazing! She let us know about Iron mountain hot springs I've never been there and will be going back.

Clean room, nice staff.

This hotel is extremely tired and worn out. There is peeling paint in the bathroom. The bathtub did not drain . The bathroom door looks like it has been destroyed. The hot tub is out of order. Ice machines on three of the four floors are out of order. The elevator is extremely dated, small, dirty and there is only one, making our room a third floor walkup. The AC is loud and rattles all night long. The room itself is dated but clean. Extremely disappointed this hotel for the price. The photos of the pool area are extremely misleading. In addition to the game room being misrepresented. We had someone try and kick out door open and than put shaving cream all over our door. I did not feel safe at all

The pool area was closed upon our arrival so we weren’t able to utilize an amenity we came for. Continental breakfast could use some help and they certainly need a new elevator as currently you plan your day around it as it’s so slow.

The service was exceptional, and the staff were enthusiastic and accommodating. The facility is beautiful, and will haave upcoming renovations, it remains comfortable, spacious, and welcoming, with convenient access to all amenities. We anticipate a return visit.

Excellent place to stay when visiting the Glenwood Caverns Adventure park.

My kids absolutely loved the water slide! Location right by the gondola to the adventure park was great and was walkable to restaurants and the hot springs. Beds were comfortable. Only bummer was the hot tub was closed.
-
Their room is excellent. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not working when I visited. I was a solo traveler, so the waterpark did not apply to me. Booking online is a way to go to get a reasonable price.

The game room was really hot, but otherwise it was great.

Now we're even charged $10 a day to park in the hotel parking lot! It has really run down since our last visit, needs updated and cleaned.

Definitely won’t be back. Staff was nice and room was clean, but property is getting worn out and staff can’t keep up with the rowdy crowd. Pool is smaller than appears in pictures and can be an absolute sh*tshow, with lots of unattended minors . While we were there someone put whipped cream on a bunch of door handles and tried to kick in doors. Highway noise and other patrons can be heard easily thru the walls and window. Breakfast was fine, but the space is crowded and loud. The cost did not match the quality. This place needs a total overhaul.

This place is always amazing! We go every year and the pool is the best for the littles to get out extra energy. They’ve also added more to their hot breakfast which is great and staff is always friendly. My only complaint would be the hot tub is out again. It’s a finicky thing with a mind of its own, but over all we love this place.

The hotel was awesome! The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The only drawback was the small dining area. We were there during a heavy travel time and the hotel was fully booked. There wasn't near enough seating for the size of the hotel. The setting was beautiful and the pool was nice and very entertaining for the kids. I would definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. We were not informed about the paid parking until a day after check-in. The hot tub and ice machines were out of service, and the breakfast area was chaotic, with food and spilled milk left sitting on the counters. Every seating table in the breakfast area was covered in food grime and crumbs. In our room, pictures had fallen off the walls, and when we pulled back the sheets, we found black hairs in the bed, making us question the cleanliness of the room. Overall, the hotel did not meet our expectations.
-
The electronic door to enter the hotel worked only half the time. The hot tub in the pool area was closed for maintenance and seemed to have been closed for quite a while. The pool did not seem to clean so we did not swim, and the smell of chlorine was overpowering. The key card system to our room had issues - it was hard to open the door at times. The carpet in the halls was old. The breakfast was pretty decent.
-
Parking was extra. The pool was gross. The rooms were fine- clean and well maintained.
-
Breakfast was decent. The king room with Jacuzzi should have had a couch or two chairs for sitting.

Great location for access to Glennwood Springs Adventure Park. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Kids had a great time at the pool.
