Where to begin? Absolutely, hands down worst stay in a hotel, ever. First we couldn’t even get in, because of drunk idiots in the parking lot that refused to move. It was after midnight and we were exhausted already and then to have to ask people to move out of the way 4 times? Which proved to be a waste. Because the front desk girl, although kind, misguided us that there was ample parking in the back. Well there was none and no way to turnaround which left us to have to backup a 26’ uhaul with trailer and park next to a sketch rv someone is clearly living in on the premises. Finally inside we were hoping it’d be good from here but our first room someone had taken a massive dump in and not flushed…which means it couldn’t have been cleaned by the housekeeper. The front desk girl graciously put us in another room which presumably looked cleaner but we slept with our clothes on just in case. The next day we were looking forward to breakfast on our way out. We were in the lobby around 9am, no eggs, and no care that there were no eggs, so no breakfast for us. Will never be back. Horrible part of town, best part of the experience aside from her lack of common sense was the front desk girl. But what can you expect I guess when you stay in the hood.

Terrible customer service never have I ever had to pay for a room I didn’t stay in yet, just to be able to get the room everyplace I have ever stayed you paid at check out The customer service from the front desk and Managment was terrible people don’t always stay at a hotel for fun it could be because of a family emergency or an unexpected trip that already has stress and now the terrible customer service only adds more unnecessary stress and frustration

The staff were friendly.

Comfortable overnight stay on our long journey east. Staff was helpful to fix my booking date error.
-
We booked the room after reading the last 6 reviews of the place, which were all excellent...goes to show the positive reviews can't be trusted.

We arrived to find that our reservation had not been properly taken care of and were asked to take a different room. The room was on the second floor as far away from the door as you could be. The bed lampstands had no lamps. There was a lamp on the wall on the opposite side, It had a u s b jack that didn't work. The bathroom was supplied with one soap and a small little gel bottle of body soap. There was one set of towels a piece for a two night stay. There was no conditioner or shampoo supplied. Parking outside was almost impossible. And the second evening I was asked to park across the street after I was told that this hotel had parking. Needless to say , we will not stay here again.

This property needs to be closed or a renovation. The pool area is in such disarray as well as the rest of the property. The pool was milky and smelled. The rooms had cobwebs, in need of a good cleaning. It eas disgusting. I cleaned the floors myself, and the towel was so dirty after. We tried to go to another hotel in the area, because of a big concert at red rocks we had difficulties finding a hotel. Everything was booked. Front desk was notified and she said she would have her come and clean.. well she did clean the floors and 1 cobweb but nothing else.

Breakfast had limited cereal options. No oatmeal. Hot water wasn’t hot, just lukewarm Hallway on our floor dirty. Looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in awhile. No charging stations for EVs No mention that facility had no elevator

Staff was nice and friendly and breakfast was good. A little outdated but didn't bother me

Great stay

No elevator! So this property is not great for people with disabilities or small children that need access to a lift. Stairs only. The room was clean. The staff was nice. We didn't get the bedding for the pull out for our son. It just wasn't in the room. It was so late when we got back we just made it work.

The microwave was not plugged in. The bathroom door was tricky to use. It was a struggle to close, lock, to unlock and to open the bathroom door. Continental breakfast was sparse.
