I would definitely stay her again!! The location is so close to everything ! Very cute room and very comfortable bed. Highly recommend!

Location can’t be beat! Only a few blocks from Main Street and the rest of downtown is walking distance as well. The room and bathroom was immaculate.

We did not stay. Our room was on the 2nd floor and no elevator that my husband needed. We did take a look at the room and it looked worn as well. The concept is cool, it just looks rode hard.

Our room was uncomfortably hot when we arrived. They had placed two fans in the room in an apparent attempt to cool it down, but it was still difficult to sleep. The power also went out during our stay, adding to the frustration. The room door appeared to have been damaged or broken into at some point. Breakfast was very limited, consisting mainly of stale bagels and mini muffins. Overall, the property looks like it may have been a very nice place several years ago, but it is no longer being maintained to the same standard. After 2 sleepless night in the hot room, we decided to check out a day early (and into a new hotel). Unfortunately, the hotel refused to refund the unused night. Given the circumstances, I felt that providing a refund for the last night would have been the least they could do. Overall, this stay was disappointing due to poor maintenance, inadequate communication, uncomfortable room conditions, and a lack of customer service.

The owners instructions to guests was quite verbose. I'd suggest he pay more attention to property maintenance ie broken dishwasher and No wifi!

Called and spoked to someone who told me I should have received a welcome email (which I didn’t). There was no one on site in the whole building for the entire evening that I saw/heard. Not even sure the front door to the place was locked at night. . The room was fairly clean but there was no climate control. Wi-Fi was not working which also meant the Roku TV didn’t work. In the morning, no host at breakfast or checkout. Strange place.

Its cheap to stay here, you will need to pay a $10 fee for cleaning even after you book your reservation as this is an additional fee for some reason. All the locks are wireless and if you do not pay the $10 fee, there is a threat to lock you out of your room. I never rented a bike, the dishwasher was broken "Out of Order", again WIFI broken, my bed was loud and noisy when I turned over. Its cheap, but it is also cheaply maintained. You get what you pay for.

The property was great. It was very close to Main Street in downtown. There were snacks and breakfast food which was nice, but we didn't use this too much. The only issue we had was we could not get the WiFi working and ended up connecting my phone to our CPU and that worked fine. We loved our space it was very cozy and quiet. We didn't see many other people so it was very private.

Beautiful older B+B style Inn. Great location you can just walk downtown or to the ballpark. Easy to locate with good parking. Clean and charming room with a comfortable bed. That being said the bathroom is the size of a small closet with phone booth sized shower. I would stay there again if I ever go back to Greenville. There are two porches and a great room with living area and a full kitchen that the guest may use. Also bikes available. Even provide coffee, muffins , fruit and snacks for the guests Very charming .

The Swamp Rabbit Inn is a hidden gem in downtown Greenville. The location is perfect...right by the Reedy River Park. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. My favorite thing about this place is the access to bikes and the swamp rabbit trail, which is right around the corner. The only thing my hubby was disappointed about was the TV, which was really hard to figure out, even with instructions.

I did contact them through the channels I was told to and nobody ever got back with us We were told that there was breakfast but we didn't see anything overall the location is good and the place was clean but it would've been nice to have the Wi-Fi that's part of the package You can hear people in the hall and other rooms t the wall seem very thin

We liked the location and the atmosphere ! It met our needs perfectly.

It was really coool!!!! Check in was easy as well as check out, the beds were comfy & we had a really nice stay.

There was no WiFi provided as listed at the property and I needed for work

Parking was very safe, but a little tight for a pickup truck... manageable for sure. The kitchen was great to utilize & we made a nice custom breakfast.

Was a self serve kitchen with basic food items, bagels, yogurt, cream cheese Snacks Easy walking to Main Street Bikes were available for use as well

What a find in Greenville, South Carolina! Such a cute place to stay. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was great. I loved the huge shared spaces like the living room and kitchen. Being able to cook your own breakfast was amazing—they provide everything you need to do it yourself. I will definitely stay here again!

Great location. 4pm check-in was unfortunate especially planning the day around bike rentals. Arrived earlier in the day so bummed we could not access the bikes which were part of our consideration on this stay. We ventured around to kill time but then had to chase down the entry code that was not emailed to us until I found a number to text. Could not get the tv working to catch any of the Masters while getting ready. No A/C, room was a bit hot. The bed was crazy squeaky it looked like a bed from a first time homebuyer. Invest in a few things and it could be really great with the location. Check in at 4 is really bad though. Squeeze that cleaning window down to 11-2? My opinion, and I’m not a complaining type of person but hope my feedback is helpful.
