Everything and everyone was 5-star.

Internet didn’t work and shower was clogged

The employee at the front desk was kind of rude. She just kept saying comments that I feel like we're inappropriate. And she was making it difficult for my friend to check in her room even though she paid for the room she just wasn't explaining it clear about the card process works. It's like us asking questions for her to actually explain the right way. I had a few friends staying at the hotel and they were saying I didn't want to go to a lady and asked for a new key card if I lost it or needed anything because she seemed rude. Later in the evening there was a man at the front desk who was great he was finally very informative.

Clean room, breakfast was very good, and the staff was very hospitable

Room had dead bugs, no maintenance staff available, and when asked for extra blanket and pillow set I had to go down to get from the front desk while trying to settle in with the family and kids.

The staff were amazing very kind and helpful My key wouldn’t work for my room door, it did work for the entrance doors. An In order to have my key work for my room it wouldn’t be able to work for the entrance or any other door

They gave me a hearing and impaired room and the guest above me was really noisy

I love the breakfast it was domething different everyday which was amazing. Paying or staying in a hotel that is under repairs where so you hear them drilling and the smell of the reconstruction of the rooms.
