On website gave impression there was a small resturant and bar. I wouldn’t consider it either. The staff was great and lots of places to eat outside of hotel.

The entire floor smelled like cigarettes and made us sick. The bathroom floors were sticky. The room door was broken and wouldn’t shut. Bad experience!

Very dirty, extremely small pull out sofa (should not be listed as a 4 person room!).

The room had an odor. Smelly carpet. We didn’t walk barefooted because we didn’t feel it was clean.

Wanted a handicap room. It was other third floor and had a bathtub with rails in it

Coffee should be available for all guests in the morning. The front desk shouldn't have to make and charge me for it, in the morning.

Although you can tell staff tried and is very courteous,rooms could use better cleaning. Some confusion at front desk when dealing with reservations etc…every time

Also there was no water at all. They ran out when I checked in and in the morning when I checked out they didn't have any bottled water. And no complimentary coffee which is very unusual
