In addition, the shower/tub didn’t have warm water, it was either cold or hot but once you tried to make the water warm, it would default to hot water If your ever find yourself needing a hotel and the others are sold out, sleep in your car

The location is great because it is close to many restaurants and close to the interstate. This location needs more upgrades of the hallways. The elevators are still not working properly after my last stay a few months ago.
-
Location The pool was unavailable. The nightly rate should have been discounted. We only chose this location bc of the pool. Also, the elevators took forever. Inconveniently had to take stairs most of time bc the wait was that long. The facility was clean but looks like they cut corners with maintenance. I’ve never stayed at a Hampton that looked sub par.

The bed and room were very nice. It was quiet there. And the staff were very helpful.

The room was clean with plenty of towels. Whatever issues i brought to the staff’s attention was take care of promptly. Breakfast was great with plenty of options. There was ample parking. I saw a fox in the parking lot one night when we returned to the hotel. He ran int the talk grass behind the hotel.

The room was very very old and not in good repair. Furniture had gauges out of it and fabric headboards were stained and old looking. Bedskirts were pulled and falling apart. Bed linens were clean but old and threadbare. For almost $200 a night I expect MUCH better!!!! I did not see any bed bugs or insects but given the state of this property it would not surprise me at all!

The hotel is serviceable however could very much use a renovation.

Clean room. Bathroom in 346 needs some tlc. The toilet seat was very loose. Cracks in grout did not look good either. Other than that, nice stay.

Breakfast was very good. The toilet was very low.

Location was very convenient as I had my own transportation. Did not get chance to interact with anyone working there so that reflects in the review rating selections fi different questions. Stayed only for one night. Checked in at 9:30pm and was out in the morning at 7:30am. Did not have time to sit and enjoy the breakfast as I was late to a meeting. Grabbed coffee, 2 boiled eggs and fruit to eat on the way to work as I was late. Had a good sleep. Bathrooms need more attention on fixing the faucets and cleanliness. Overall it was ok but Bathrooms definitely need improvement

The toilet was very low.

Breakfast was ok, nothing special Dirty. Things were old and did not work. Needs updating and maintenance seemed Deferred.

Hilton/Hampton should pull the franchise on this place. You book a room there expecting the quality of a Hampton Inn and you get a run down dump.
-
Worst Hampton Inn ever. This place similar to Motel 6. Filthy. Looks like blood stains on window shade that has the roll up by chain, the fabric one wasn't even attached. TV was set for Central Standard time. Room smelled. No light by work table. Furniture horrible. Poor lighting in bathroom. Rug frayed terribly. Pillows useless.

Breakfast was nice. Thanks.

Air conditioner was very loud and took awhile to cool room. Otherwise clean and comfortable.

The gym has two pieces of equipment and that’s it. The AC didn’t actually work but luckily that’s what we do for a living. The staff was ugh there we will say that. The room was clean but it stunk and the bed was like sleeping on a piece of wood. The tv didn’t work and the elevator was questionable.
