Super 8 by Wyndham Harrisonburg

The staff was nice but time has passed this perticual place and the interior is outdated and the shower has seen its better days. The chairs in the room looked like years of sweat and grime on them , the one bed had hair in the sheets from the last customer. I haven’t stayed in a place like this since I was a teenager but it was also only $58 for the night so you get what you get. It was better than nothing.

Although this is a non-smoking hotel, there seems to be residual odors, as my wife is an alergy sufferer we checked out immediately and went to the Best Western across the street.

Rented 3 rooms. none of the TVs worked

Temp of room when we arrived was 90% it was on west side of building we left for dinner and put on 69 degrees got back 78 degree. No tv they said cable co working on it when we left next day still no tv. I think they didn’t pay the bill never going back

Outlets broken, sparked when it was plugged in. Lights didnt work, very unclean and smelled awful

No TV, exposed wires hanging off the wall. Mice in the room. Dont stay here. They will do nothing to make it right. Refuse to refund.

Hotel is good for a overnight stay barley but property needs an upgrade there are repair patches in the walls of the hall rooms are not well lit my room when arrived was at 90 degrees and this is with a reservation prior to to arrival and the breakfast they offer was not clear of it is Continental or buffet but it was not appetizing at all money needs to be invested in the property

Bed was comfortable. Towels were new. Holes in walls. Missing light bulbs. No shower curtain and no staff to bring one to the room. Bathroom fan was missing a cover. Bathroom door would not close. But the price was right and we needed a bed for the night.

Good location I was here a few weeks ago and this time I was in a different room that was a little disappointing The security latch on the door was missing the hardware so that is not going to work Also there was a couch in the room that had a big tear in the middle It did not bother me it's just not a good look

Everything semed to be ok in our room until we decided to settle in and watch some TV. There was no signal. We tried to call front desk to let them know but the phone didn't work! My husband went downstairs to tell them. Their answer was, They're working on it. We tried periodically and still no signal. At 8pm we decided to just go to sleep. When we woke in the morning and getting ready to leave we tried the tv and still NO SIGNAL.

Bed good. No shelf in refrigerator but freezer works well. And more like - there are pluses and there are minuses. Also. At 4 am I heard beeping coming from the corridor. Looked like smoke sensor though I didn't feel real smoke. I thought the batteries ran off. I used an extra pillow to cover head. At 5 fire department comes. They said somebody burnt a toilet. Of course hotel is not responsible for actions of guests but still - unpleasant for me.

Checked in to find room was already occupied.

Floore lamp shade torn, no hangers, no coffee cups, no extra blankets, missing bulb in bath fixture, & switch plate in bath was broken and DUCT TAPED together.

The only issues were the room smelled of smoke and TV did not work

Several of the appliances were not working.

The location Where do I begin the tv didn't work my entire stay all it said was no signal in Spanish and the front desk staff couldn't of cared less. The shower head fell off and hit my daughter on the head cutting her. The milk was spoiled and made her vomit. We left a day early and filed a complaint with booking.com for all the good that will do. And two of the lights had no builds in them and the maid staff woke us up several times banging on the door and then tried to enter the room even though I was yelling I didn't need service and was heading to the door. Neither the maid staff or the front desk spoke proper English

Coffee empty-very limited Items-all sugary Ice machine empty, no sink in breakfast room-coffee machine empty-staff did refill when informed-all sugary cereals-and bread -no protein choice like yogurt or eggs
