    Hotel was great, very clean. Breakfast was a 6/10 the 3 days I stayed. My only complaint would be. One of the days I returned to the hotel, a lady at the front desk. Asked a staff members “Are they staying here ?” In Spanish. Thinking we couldn’t understand them, Which I disliked because then she proceeded to say yes they’re staying in room 248. Just made me feel uncomfortable. Especially being that the lady that asked the question wasn’t in a work uniform.

    The hotel was great. The staff was amazing. The only downside was our room smelling like mildew when we walked in. I don’t think the room was taken care of after the heavy rainstorms since we were on the first floor.

    The "kitchen" is NOT a kitchen! It's a mini fridge and microwave, which is basically standard for any other hotel anywhere. Traveling with children with severe and numerous allergies we absolutely have to have a kitchen to safely prepare and cook food. The room was like a terrible joke. That's how our unpleasant stay started. The first night the thermostat didn't work so the temp was between 76-78 all night. I was so hot I couldn't sleep. After complaining someone came to check it was while it was set at 60, the room cooled down to 72 but still didn't feel cool at all. The other room was set at 70 and felt frigid. No temp control. A sign posted says they clean the room every 2 days, but by our 3rd day it hadn't happened and smelled with the trash. After requesting cleaning, someone left some new towels, nothing else! The pool's heater was broken, so the kids swam in cold water. No towels, had to request those. The hallway smelled like pot for days. We ran out of toilet paper in the middle of the night. We had our own bags for trash since it was never taken. Because of the smell took our trash down and used towels to the lobby where we were told we couldn't leave it there. The rooms were not cleaned well. One had an orange spatter stain on the curtain. The other had a cigarette and shower part under the furniture. During a tornado warning we called and the front desk laughed saying they had no shelter in place procedure. I will NEVER stay here again!!

    Not much, hotel location was decent. The service of the room, we had to ask for towels everyday and empty our own trash. I have never stayed at a hotel with these issues before.

    I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent stay, which unfortunately fell far below my expectations of the Hilton brand. Upon arrival around 5:00 PM, the front desk experience was unwelcoming. While check-in was efficient, the employee appeared disengaged, offered no smile or greeting, and only became friendly after I asked if she was having a bad day. Our room (206) had a persistent sewage-like odor from arrival to departure, making the stay uncomfortable. We were also located beside the elevator and ice machine, and despite adjusting the air conditioning, the room remained uncomfortably warm. The coffee maker was difficult to use because the power cord was extremely short, leaving the bathroom as the only practical place to plug it in. Given the odor issues, this was far from ideal. Most concerning was the presence of insects in the room, whether large ants or roaches, which raised concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. My travel companion and I are not guests who typically complain, but the combination of poor customer service, the room odor, temperature issues, and insects made this a very disappointing experience. Unfortunately, it has caused me to reconsider staying at a Hilton property in the future.

    They did have free parking and breakfast included. They have 2 waffle makers and different bagels and bread to choose from. Juice, coffee and water. They did have a pool which is one of the reason why we picked the place but the heater was not working but my son were still able to enjoy it. Hopefully they do fix the heater because it was cold But other than that we enjoyed our stay

    We stayed here 5 months ago and the ground floor ice machine by our room was out of order, the 2 exercise bikes in the fitness room were both in need of service, and the dryer in the laundry room took over 2 hours to dry a load of clothes. None of those issues had yet to be addressed when we were there last week. The housekeeping staff and Miguel who tried to address the problem with the dryer were very helpful. The front desk staff who I had addressed the issues with were not helpful and were full of excuses. We travel with a pet and need a larger room, so the Hyatt is a good choice for that reason, but we'll be looking for somewhere else to stay in the future.
