Bed was terribly uncomfortable!!

Parking is confusing, staff was unfriendly and unknowledgeable, not helpful at all! The rooms are DISGUSTING!! Stains everywhere, room wreaked of mildew and weed, got allergies while in the room for just 2 hrs. Bathroom had a ball of hair stuck on the bottom of the door. The sheets had stains on them too. They refuse to refund me my money since I checked out the same day I checked in. I will NEVER stay here again!!!

Rooms ,afternoon staff

Staff were terrible , rude and didn’t speak any English. When I got there they had a sign that said they had code violations and were being brought to court

The room was okay it was clean but the beds were super uncomfortable!!!

Seriously sketchy vibe, some rooms seemed to be permanently rented by some folks who seemed Brett down and out. Not sure I felt 100% safe there. Not appropriate place to take children.

The pictures of the hotel are deceitful. The property is run down. I can't begin to emphasize how bad this hotel is. I was afraid to leave my room because of the condition of the door lock in my room. The bathroom wouldn't stop leaking water had to shut it off to be able to sleep. I checked out early it was that bad.

We went to the front desk to ask if we could get new sheets, but the staff were so rude and unfriendly. Also, the parking lot is behind the hotel, really dark at night. I didn’t feel my car was safe there at all. They even said the hotel wouldn’t take any responsibility if anything happened to my vehicle. I will never stay here again.

There was nothing to like. Nothing good about this property. The pictures are deceiving and I would advise to not stay at this hotel. The rooms smelled terrible, moldy and mildew. None of the gates worked so you could get in from the “parking lot” which isn’t much of a parking lot. The one gate that did work was broken so anybody could have walked onto the property. There was hair all in the sheets and something had been splattered all over the walls. Dried poop on the toilet. Our tub had a huge crack in it. The chains are broken off the door but you can deadbolt it. Gunk was stuck all over the remote buttons. People were outside smoking weed most of the night. The first room we were given, the keys wouldn't even open the door so was given another room that looked like it wasn’t clean. Lounge chairs were tore up. Trash was over flowing outside in the pool area. Just absolutely terrible do not stay at this hotel.
