Staff were all very nice and friendly. Cannot say the room was as nice as the staff. If we didn't need to ck out at 6:30 the following morning, I would have asked for another room. The room had a terrible stale smell, air did not work that well and the filter was dirty. All and all the room was dank and it was difficult to say if it was clean because it needed some major upgrades, I could not get past the smell. One positive only...the bed was comfortable.

Breakfast was horrible. My food was hard and cold. They told they would refund but did not. I had to wait a very long time for my breakfast because they were understaffed. Clean room, location was okay but you still need a car to go everywhere, business friendly.

Found a dead roach in the room. Looked like there was a water leak at some point based on the ceiling. Too pricey for the quality of the room.

Waited over 10 minutes for coffee at the Starbucks downstairs and housekeeping didn’t make up room. On the plus side, good location and large room.

Food availability after 7 pm was poor. Items we received were bland at best. We requested food for our room and we had to pick it up at front desk. It was cold and incomplete requiring a second trip to front desk. Not much thought or effort put into menu or preparation. You can do better Marriott!

The room was clean. Staff was friendly and efficient. Would stay there again. The Silk Road restaurant was a good option - the food was good and the service was quite good as well.

The couch bed had blood stains on it and 2 of my guest had to sleep on the floor. I complained to manager and NOTHING was done about it.

Stayed here in the past and Courtyard is now charging for parking! Had issues with air conditioning but we figured it out.
