Hotel and room was very clean, close to restaurants and Walmart, bed was very comfortable, complimentary fridge and microwave was very helpful, front desk lady wasn’t the nicest though.

Decent place to stay. Did the job of providing a place to sleep and breakfast while we were exploring downtown and the botanical gardens in Houston.

Nothing- it was disappointing. The non smoking rooms stank like wet cigarettes and mould- first room had Visible mould everywhere on floor base boards and under the bed. Second room seemed alright was freshly cleaned didn't see visible mould and smelled like cleaning products. We went out to dinner after checking in and when we got back the smell of wet cigarettes and mould appeared. Front desk smelled gross too we didn't eat breakfast there. To be honest if we had money to leave and go somewhere else we would have. We didn't sleep under the bedding blankets and showered with flip flops. Will never stay at a days inn again. Was not worth $250 for 2night....

Property is a reconstructed motel not a hotel. However, the room was clean, furnished with what appeared to be daycare furnishings. Stairwells needs to be pressure washed and breakfast was depleted as early as one hour into the start of breakfast surprisingly for a small motel. Location of the motel was surprising tucked away behind another building just the interstate service road. Overall i would rate this property between 2-3.

It worried me at first and I didn’t know if I wanted to stay but then I saw more people coming in and decided to stay and it was nice overall. The bed sheets felt sandy or rough

Location for what I need was great, the breakfast was good and hot, staff was very nice. I had food delivered and they didn’t put my utensils in the bag. I went to front desk and they were very helpful and gave me some utensils. The water pressure in the sink was very low

The owner was very accommodating, friendly and helped us out with a special request. He did not have to make special considerations for us but he did. The rooms were clean and the property was up to date. I was very happy with the stay and would stay again if the opportunity arises.

The room size The management were rude. During the night I reported people were disturbing, puching and hitting the next room door, some people arguing and the manager did not do anithing. It was awful! Beside of that, the front desk charged me extra money for two beds, I requested the same rate because it was disclosure on booking. POOR customer service, POOR breakfast and bed sheets stinking. It was unpleasant!
