The shower didn’t work, no hot water, I paid a deposit November 8 & here it is December 7th still no refund. The transaction shows pending. They all act like they don’t know what’s what ! They use to be upscale now they are 1/10 highly do NOT recommend

Nothing No one was working the place it’s closing down and no one there told me there was no one thwyd stay in my hotel I would like a refunded I did not like it at all

This hotel was falsely advertised as 4 stars.

The location is good. It was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I’ve stayed there multiple times. Found out at check in that the hotel is closing in a few weeks. That was never disclosed prior to the stay. I booked 2 rooms and my co workers stay was under my name as well, and his experience was even worse. The staff was rude and unhelpful. I asked for the managers name and she said she was the manager. When I asked for a corporate office number, she told me to google it and try to find it. I expect a full refund or I will dispute it on my credit card.

they're renovating and didnt say anything till i booked it. Then after i booked , sent and email saying its nonrefundable. lovely.

Hotel Derek is being closed down. And yet it is somehow still available to reserve? No amenities are available, there were hardly any workers, everything was dirty, it smelled so bad, there was a bandaid in the refrigerator, the bathtub would not drain. Everything was in terrible condition and it should not be available to guests.

Location, valet personnel was very helpful No amenities , no lighting in the room.

This property was out dated. The pictures did not represent the property. The pillows were hard and flat, the bed was hard. No stop or body wash. No black out curtains. Fridge in room didn't work. No amenities available, but they didn't email until it was too late to cancel. This was NOT a 4 star experience.

it was a late check in the front desk attendant was nowhere to be found. The parking attendant had to find her then she wrote the wrong room number on our key.

For ---$ for one night it should be much more better that what it is to me the room that I got was for 2 stars definitely not as per 4 stars.

Hotel is about to shut down. In its last days and it was not good.

It is in such bad shape DO NOT STAY. Staff was so friendly but the place needs closed down! So MOLDY I got sick and no hot water unless you wait 15 minutes

Such a very nice hotel that needs renovation and take out the tubs. Looks 80 retro and way too dark in rooms and hallways. Exterior is very nice. Has plumbing issues also. No staff on duty.

I don’t have anything good to say aside from they need to be closed until they fully renovate.

It was in the perfect location. Clean facility but pillows could have been more comfortable.

Horrible, worst experience ever for a supposed luxury hotel, extremely upset with what I was charged I could gave stayed at a Holiday and had better room service, shower, toilet, elevator waa horrible and old.

Yes, for the price, everything was outdated, broken, was gone, etc

The rooms were old and ran down, the refrigerator didn’t work, the coffee pot didn’t work, etc.

Hotel was empty , with no amenities. Hotel was not cleaned and in poor outdated shape. Was told it is being closed down.
