Great location for going to the NGR stadium. The staff is friendly. The rooms are a little dated, but fine otherwise. Lots of room.

Short stay. Overall the room was nice, clean and spacious. No offerings or acknowledgment of being a Bonvoy member.

The bed sheets were dirty, and the mattress was disgusting and very uncomfortable. The bathroom shower had leaks, and there was constant noise that made it impossible to get a good night’s sleep The air conditioning did not work properly, leaving the room hot, humid, and uncomfortable. Overall, the room felt poorly maintained and far below acceptable standards. This was a very disappointing experience, and I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

The location was perfect for attending the World Cup at NRG Stadium. The staff was very engaging and friendly especially Tabitha. She was very happy to point out several places to visit while in Houston. She deserves a gold star!

Location. The administrator was informative and quick during the check in. Traces of chocolate and blood (or whatever it is) on the bedding, stains on the toilet seat. In my opinion, the lobby area can be cleaner too.

The room was clean and met our needs. The water pressure in the shower was poor and it was kind of hot. They were having AC problems. The staff was nice.
