Best Western Plus Indianapolis NW Hotel

We just stayed one night and it was very nice. Bed was comfortable and lots of parking available for large vehicles

This one is definitely above par. It was just a bit off our more familiar route, but highly recommended for any traveller!

Breakfast was great and lots of parking. Only issue was pool was closed majority of our visit.

Hotel and room were very clean and looked newly updated. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. However, the pool was out of order during our stay which was one of the main reasons we chose the hotel. One of my sons forgot his toothbrush so I sent him to the front desk to ask for one since they have signs saying to ask if you forgot something because they can provide many common toiletries. Person at the front desk told him they didn’t have any. The convenience shop was also pretty bare and not replenished during our stay. The room walls are paper thin. You hear everything in the hall like it’s happening in the room. They even provide ear plugs so I’m assuming it’s a common complaint. Not a terrible experience, just not a great one either.

THE ROOM WAS GREAT! NICE N CLEAN

Pool was closed for “maintenance” yet was never being worked on, just happened to be on a night where the hotel was full of kids. AC unit terribly loud and did not keep room cool. Tornado sirens went off, staff did not have a plan for shelter or tracking weather. Bathroom did not have exhaust fan, which makes for a smelly weekend with teenage boys. Just not a great place to stay.

Room was very clean and well appointed. Gentleman at check-in was efficient, pleasant and helpful. Area was on a boil order and I was provided with additional bottled water. Located right off the expressway, which was convenient for my purposes. Several options for breakfast, although most did not look too appetizing and breakfast area could be cleaner and better lit (might help the food to seem more appetizing).

It took too many efforts to secure a late check-out, like I'd asked for in the reservation - Between calling the front desk at the location, reservation line, etc. First come, first served is nice, but when I specifically ask for it, just charge the payment method on file.

Comfortable beds. Great location and easy access to freeway.

Stayed only for 1 night. Nice and clean. Breakfast staff was very friendly. A bit crowded though as the breakfast area was a bit small.

The attendant that checked us in was just great.

They also totally shut off the water on Tuesday and would have it back on by 4:00 p.m. it was after 5:30 p.m. before it came on. So this place seems to need some better management. The breakfast was nice, but was the same Monday -wed. Variety of hot food would be appreciated.
