The hotel needs updated. Maid service is once a week. Requested towels and trash emptied and did not happen. Desk staff was friendly.

The door to the bathroom wouldn’t close, the tile in the bathroom was cracked and hurt to stand on. Faucet in bathroom dripped constantly.

Front Desk Rude

Got there at 2:30, front desk said to come back at 3 as rooms weren't ready. We returned at 3 and the room we walked into was dirty, when I went back to the front desk she laughed. Also, you could not close the curtains to block out the highway lighting

I book hotels for work and stay in them all across the country and have never experienced anything like the checkin that we had. The person I spoke with was kind but tiffany was on the phone yelling in the lobby "I never swore at them.." my group immediately did not want to stay here. After getting the keys we gave it a chance... I didn't even set my things down in the room it was so bad I turned around came back down to say we couldn't stay in the smoke. I took 20 mins to gather all 10 people and their belonging to regroup and find a new hotel as there were no solutions the hotel was giving us. As we are leaving tiffany yells at us from behind the counter that we are going to be charged because its our fault that we cant stay......The only thing that the hotel was useful for was getting use of the lobby bathroom upon arrival as it took 15 mins to get checked in. Tiffany charged us for 1 night and refused to have a conversation or speak like a person. This place is is discusting and she should be fired.

Clean room. Staff was friendly. Could use updating. Non smoking room smelled like smoke. Staff did offer to change room. Need more outlets. Had to unplug clock to use CPap & charge phone.

Also, the telephone on our nightstand was blinking red the whole time we were there, so we put it on the floor for the night. Finally, the bathroom light kept coming on by itself randomly throughout the night, and we couldn't get it to stay off. We shut the bathroom door to contain the light. The staff were very nice.

The staff was exceptional especially Tanya. She was kind, thoughtful and very professional . Tanya helped me with my room keys and several other items. I am returning to Indianapolis soon and will definitely stay at Candlewood East again. Thank you for a great visit and 8 day stay Betty

As soon as I walked in I felt warm n safe oppose to wear its located a very ruff area and not to mention a few people were worried about me staying there because of the crime in the area. But when I walked In those worries left. The clerk was very nice. I enjoyed my room ☺️ and parking is very convenient

The room could use some work, the ladies at check in were more concerned about their own conversation than checking me in. The whole hotel smelled like weed, and it was obvious that multiple people were living there. There were also people smoking in the laundry/weight room areas.
