The property was very clean. You can tell the staff has a lot of pride in where they work. The only thing that we didn’t love love was the breakfast, but it was included and the stay was inexpensive, so it’s hard to say anything bad about our stay.

I recently stayed here and had an excellent experience. The hotel was fresh, modern, and exceptionally clean. There were a lot of guests during my stay—it looked like an entire children’s soccer team was staying there—but the staff handled everything with professionalism and a positive attitude. The front desk was quick to respond to any requests, and despite the busy atmosphere, the breakfast bar remained well-stocked and organized throughout the morning. It’s always impressive when a hotel maintains such a high level of service during a busy weekend, and this team did exactly that. Excellent stay all around. 10/10—I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others. Honestly, my only minor complaint had nothing to do with the hotel itself. The road construction in the area made navigation a little confusing, especially when arriving for the first time. That said, once I got to the hotel, everything was excellent. The quality of the property, the cleanliness, and the outstanding staff more than made up for the inconvenience. No concerns with the hotel itself—10/10 stay.

Cleanliness No complaints

The room immediately impressed me upon entry. It seemed like we had an entire suite when I was expecting much less. Breakfast also exceed my expectations. The facility seemed very clean, there was plenty of choices, and everything tasted good. I don't know if it's specifically this location or more of a problem in the city but I felt like the water (shower, sink, etc) left me feeling soap scummy. I couldn't rinse the substance off as more water made it worse. I would have preferred two beds in the room as requested but I understand availability limitations. I ended up sharing a bed with my dad, which was a little strange. Due to the events happening during our stay, the room was probably 2-3x more than it normally would have cost. But again, I understand supply and demand. I was just thankful to find a room with as little notice as we had.

We're traveling to Chicago for my son's boot camp graduation. This was the first stop and it was right off the interstate. Location was great, there were plenty of places to eat right around the hotel. Easy to get on and off the interstate. The hotel and room were clean and very fresh. I don't know if I'll ever be back in Indianapolis but if I am this will most likely be where I stay again

Lady at the desk was fairly nice but not able to help. I got all the way down to the hotel later on a Friday night with 2 kids to find out we have no room. The lady said she could book me a room, but at a higher price. I have not received a refund for the 2 nights they cancelled. I was not paying for a third night and would not get the same room. After my husband being on the phone with someone for an hour and got nowhere, I ended up driving back home very late with no refund for someone else’s mistake.

It was convenient to the expressway and clean! The surroundings were a little gloomy.
