The buffet breakfast was well maintained. However the elevator wasn't working the morning we were leaving. We were on the 3rd floor. We had several suitcases we had to take down. Noone was at the front desk to report this to. I called the number that was posted at the front desk, only reached a recording that kept repeating no matter how many times. I pressed for the operator. This is a liability for the property had someone that had a disability and could not use the stairs. Also if someone fell down the stairs while taking their luggage this Also would have been a liability.

Elevators weren’t working and room keys kept not working and had to go down and get them fixed 3 times in 24hrs. Paid for a 2 hr late check out and had house keeping knock twice in the 1st 20 minutes even tho do no disturb sign was posted

The elevator didn’t work at one point either. The room smelled musty. It wasn’t a stellar stay.

I didn’t have a problem with my stay but the hotel seemed under construction in multiple parts. The elevator stopped working the day I arrived and I was on the top floor. The following morning, it was still not working.

They gave me a room someone already used, the towels are not clean, the bathroom was dirty with the towels for someone, I’m not satisfied with the service!! Thank you!!!

My favorite hotel chain...I can't complain.

No hot water at all for our entire 3-day stay! Something is wrong with this place.

Door card lock could use some attention, had to play with cards to make them work.

So dirty… staff was plain rude. Elevator malfunctions, and bounces in each floor. Don’t stay here

The breakfast was not a buffet or fresh. The elevator was broken and intermittent. and they put a wheelchair bound on the third floor

Close to freeway room no sheets for fold out bed, no help info in room ltowels for 3 people when we booked for 4. Flood damage on first floor not repaired, elevator out of service, wifi password unlisted, a/c extremely noisey breakfast sparse no bannewrs or welcome for indy 500 race
