Great access to Bainbridge. Self parking was close by. The room was ok but faced a brick wall out the dirty windows. For over $300 it’s ok because of the location.

Fantastic location to Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Clean and comfortable. Elevators were a little slow but not enough to overshadow the positives of the facility.

Breakfast was very good & plenty to choose from. The only thing that wasn’t great was the view of a brick wall, didn’t realize when booking the room.

Close to the venue. Positive experience with staff. There was quite a bit of street noise on the backside of the building, which made it difficult to rest well. We’ve stayed in the downtown area before so we are used to general street noise, this was more than that. The noise seemed to “funnel” into the back alleyway.

Breakfast could’ve been a bit bigger, but for what they were offering in the price, it was well worth it.

The room and beds were comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The tub was backed up. When reported, it was quickly fixed. The bathroom was also left without bodywash. This too was quickly corrected. However, there were rusty marks in the tub and sink that could have or should have been cleaned.
