Room was clean. Breakfast was ok. Parking to expensive. It was annoying to uae yiur key to do everything, even run the elevator. They never had towels at the pool. Not worth the price.

This hotel is located directly next to a very loud and very active train line as well as a new build for the Ritz Carlton Hotel. The windows are not adequate to cut down on the noise, and it will likely result in a terrible night of sleep. Upon arrival we were warming greeted at the valet and told that we could download their app to pay for valet or pay at the front desk. I was told that I would not be required to download an app or create a profile to do either one. We paid for our valet at the front desk and I requested a receipt to show the valet desk to pickup our car since we were not given a stub. Upon arrival at the valet we were promptly told that we could not have our car back unless we provided a code that required me to download an app and create a profile that also required that i input my credit card number. I once again showed that we had paid, this was brushed off, I invited the valet to walk upstairs and speak with the front desk agent who had instructed us to present the receipt. The valet loudly said "it's too early in the morning for this" stalked upstairs and then proceeded to bring our car around. Upon arrivals he was abrupt, rude, and essentially tossed my keys to me and walked off.

Everything was nearby.. we walked around downtown for most of the stay Room was clean, spacious, full kitchen with utensils and stove!! Incredible. Showers clean and spacious Construction nearby— though the room was noise proof, the banging started mid-day and very faded.

For our stay everything was 10/10

The room was perfection. This staff was friendly and well informed. It felt like exactly the kind of vacation spot we needed.

The room was clean and the location was great for us. It was noisy on Friday night. Cars racing on the street was no joke noisy and the hotel played music outside in the entryway all night that we could hear from our 5th floor room. Ask for a room on the non Penn side of the building.

The breakfast buffet was exceptional!

Our stay was relaxing, and the hotel is in the perfect location. Upon arrival, my husband and I were greeted with friendly smiles and a helpful staff, from parking to unloading our luggage. The breakfast staff was amazing, and the front desk provided excellent service. It was our 27th wedding anniversary, and the staff helped me surprise my husband and provided us with the information we needed to create a memorable tour of Indianapolis. The rooms were clean, and the beds were very comfortable.
