La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Indianapolis North at Pyramids

There is not enough room here to go into a full description of what happened in the morning but I’ll try to give the highlights. My girlfriend turned on the water in the shower and it was spraying out the side of the pipe before the shower head and on to the floor. When she turned the water off the shower head fell off hitting her hand, cutting and bruising her. She had problems reporting the incident to the front desk because there was no attendant there, he was sitting in the lounge having a cup of coffee and eating a danish. I had to point him out to her. When she told him what had happened he barely acknowledged it. He was not apologetic and his attitude was that he would note it. When I later called him out on his response he told me he was eating his breakfast, so he felt his response was good enough. There was no acknowledgment that a guest was injured doing something that was due to poor maintenance. The guest behind me joined in agreement when I suggested that maybe he should be treating guests with a little more respect and be more attentive. I was a repeat customer to this property and usually do not leave a review, but I think next time I will look for alternate accommodations

Place is a dump. There are even holes in the floor. Can’t believe I paid over $150 for this place. Never again.

The hot breakfast was cold and the floor in the bathroom was sticky. It was an okay stay for one night, but not really impressed.

nothing I can think of We left a few hours after arriving, the smell in our room was so terrible we couldn't stand to sleep there. It was aweful! I thought it was a carpet cleaner smell that was permeated through the room, but no amount of fans seemed to get rid of it. The travel partner thought it was a food smell. Whatever it was, I was sick from it. Left around 11:30pm

Exceptional customer service, Overall, I liked everything about our stay at La Quinta Inn. Barking dogs at around 6 am in the morning. The owners must have left their room, I'm assuming to go get breakfast and their little dogs stood at the door and barked for an extremely long time. The dog barking woke my family up. I was extremely tired all day and had to drive back to Illinois that day. I almost fell asleep driving my vehicle because I was sleepy.

The photo used for the hotel is not updated. Advertised as a non-smoking property, to be welcomed by the day time manager standing in front of the entrance smoking. The bed cover and chair in the room had cigarette “burn holes” on them. The room was very dated and any attempt to fix, repair or update was poorly done. The TV in the room was small. The dogs on the floor in the other rooms were loud and could be heard barking down the hallway. Minimal options for breakfast. Wasn’t expecting too much when I booked, but better than what I received.

The Staff were kind and responsive. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was okay, apart from the "hot" items. The waffles are pretty consistently good. I would stay there again!

In our room the air conditioner was wonky and worked when it wanted, the toilet kept making noise every so often even thru the night, the dresswr and remote were so sticky Inhad to wipe them down myself..along with the entry floor..which the wet towel came up almost black. There was also no way to make coffee...had the coffe grounds but no basket

Pet friendly a plus. Older hotel. Needs some work but clean. Breakfast sausage and eggs were cold though.

Room was not very clean, sink was cracked, bedding had stains. Air conditioning worked great. Staff was friendly. Breakfast very basic.

Great deal for the cost. Very nice staff.

The location to where we needed to be the next morning. No laundry service on site. Bathrooms were kind of nasty loose tile and there was a really bad spongy spot in our bathroom floor.

The staff was good. I actually like this place. It was a step above days in.

Nothing, I did not make it, driving through storm, man st front desk did not even try to help out with accommodation I don't know because I paid for a room that I did not stay in or could not get accommodated

There was no hot water

Very unhappy the heat was set at 75. It was very cold my whole stay we will not recommend any guests to stay there. You will freeze in the winter and I imagine when it’s hot they do the same how the heat set at a certain temperature not good.pissed
