Ramada by Wyndham Jacksonville I-95 by Butler Blvd

While the external areas of the hotel, and the lobby were clean and beautiful, the hallways and rooms were lacking. Peeling wallpaper, and yellow tar leaking down the walls of the room was honestly disgusting. While we got an accessible room, the amenities that should have been there were lacking. There were no bars or seat in the shower to assist with balance in showering, and with how the shower was designed, the bathroom floor would end up soaked in water and become a slipping hazed. We had to purchase a non-slip mat for the shower just to ensure our own safety since the one shower wall was all glass and the fear of falling into it and it breaking was very real. On top of the rooms lack of cleanliness, the bathroom outlets were all broken, and one had a piece of an appliance plug stuck in it. The beds frames also would not lock, so no matter how you tried to get on a bed, it would shift and move along the wall. We also got no cleaning or fresh towels the entire week we were there, even though it stated they would be supplied every 3 days. We had to go to the front desk at one point to even get new toilet paper as we had run out. After this experience, I will not be staying at a Ramada ever again, as I have paid less for hotels and at least had a clean room and functional bathroom.

Staff were polite but I would never recommend this place for anyone to stay. It's not even cheap place to stay and no complimentary breakfast.

I would like a full refund for my stay I’d like to add that I was double charged for my stay which I’m still trying to figure out with Expedia. The staff are not very helpful either.

Although this property is under construction, it is still very dirty & looks unclean. Not to mention my room had an odor that was bothersome. The staff was friendly but the room experience in itself could of been way better. I will more than likely not be staying here again.

I got room 515, which is one of rooms on the first floor that has not yet been remodeled. Its very moldy and mildewy smelling. When i asked the front fesk attendant if i could have the room changed, he said they were full. This place is empty. The AC unit prolly has one of those filters that are never changed. Not coming back here again.

The hotel was not properly suitable for guess. The most presentable area was the lobby. The front desk personnel was not professional.

The carpet was extremely stained. The hallways were dilapidated with no baseboards. Paint peeling a wallpaper, peeling the Rome itself. The couches were severely stained grossly stained the dressers and furniture in the room was very good torn up even broken drawer. The table in there was scraped up very dirty, didn't look cleanable. The bathroom the tub was disgusting. Period lobby was run down period the one good thing about the whole experience was the front desk lady. I did not catch her name. She was very nice and accommodating period no breakfast was included. And the air seemed to fluctuate between warm air and cold air throughout the night

The property smells of boiled eggs and cat urine. Graffiti in the elevator, old dilapidated property, definitely NOT remodeled! Desk clerk was very welcoming and personable! She is absolutely destined for something better than here! Faucets leaked greatly, AC extremely loud and annoying. So glad its only a one night stay! The RIO restaurant/CLUB manned with 5 security guards...Not a welcoming place and certainly NOT A SAFE PLACE! Select another hotel...YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!

Nothing good to say about the property! Worst property ever Expedia should not advertise this property. I would have left but was on a tight schedule.

Just completely not at all what is pictured or described. We literally had NO towels, toilet paper, tissues, full size normal pillows, and literally no shower door(?)!!!!! Once we checked in, it took us literally 30 mins to actually get inside of the room because of the key cards. Since there is a restaurant/lounge attached ((NOT MENTIONED)), there was constant noise from within the hotel (bass from music thumping until 1am) and the guests would linger outside the lot blasting music and yelling nonstop. At 1:30 AM, I reluctantly went to front desk and complained and was met with utter disrespect and apathetic remarks back. Luckily by 2:30 I was able to fall asleep after driving 9 hours there. The amount of times we had to even go get towels was ridiculous especially because of the time it took to then even receive it. And once we did receive it, it was just one and basically a child sized towel. The security on the property is horrendous and absent. There were NUMEROUS individuals at all hours within the parking lot near entrances that were clearly selling drugs and using drugs within these various moving trucks parked and clearly were being lived out of by these individuals. It was an extremely unsafe environment and the staff had no care or even acted like they worked there (I’d have to wait at least five mins behind the counter until someone that was hiding in the office noticed me). Overall, this was an actual joke of a stay.

No WiFi one of the beds was broke a mirrors frame was falling apart and the floor was sticky did not smells the best location is great area was not bad but not great the shower looked really good almost new

The restaurant looked like a strip club i waited over thirty five minutes and still never got my food, so I left.

I booked a remodeled room and they gave me an old beat up one, when I brought it to their attention the staff was not helpful

If I can rate 0 stars I would. This is the most uncomfortable stay in a hotel that I’ve ever experienced. The bed is like sleeping on a rock. No towels in room, toilet leaking, carpet dirty, room stinky. I wondered why the reviews are so extreme. No wonder. Service? Don’t even bother.

The room we had had terrible plumbing issues we notified the staff about it and they never came to fix. We also killed 2 large roaches… would not recommend

No washcloths. Floor was dirty.
