Room was clean, a bit small, but for a place to just sleep after hitting Disney, was well worth the price. Would definitely book again.

We stayed with a 4 year old and a 9 month old, we had a great stay! Super friendly staff who absolutely went out of their way to make our stay fantastic! Our son and daughter loves Heather who went great lengths to make our son the happiest toddler! Thank you guys! We will be back next June or august/sept!

WiFi was down my whole 10 day stay. They charge a 9 dollar a day fee for services that aren’t done.

Rooms are absolutely gross. Refused to even use the sheets on the bed. They advertise free WiFi but when you check in they don’t have any.

Clean room, comfortable bed, quiet surroundings considering how close it is to Disney parks. Only complaint I have is the wifi was not working the entire week.

It's fine to stay one or two night but it’s a little bit dirty

This hotel was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The only positive aspect of my stay was that the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, that was not enough to make up for the many problems with this property. The room was extremely small, outdated, and uncomfortable. I booked a room with two beds, but they were placed so close together that there was barely any space to walk between them. The mattresses were uncomfortable, the pillows were flat and thin, and the sheets looked old, worn, and unappealing. The furniture was basic and impractical, and even the built-in charging outlets did not work. The television was another disappointment. It turned on, but there were no channels or signal available during my entire stay. What truly ruined this stay, however, was the fact that I found TWO cockroaches in the room. The first was near the bathroom sink and mirror area while I was getting ready in the morning. The second was near the mini refrigerator. Finding even one cockroach in a hotel room is unacceptable. Finding two made me question the cleanliness of the entire property. To make matters worse, the hotel did not provide a “Do Not Disturb” sign. My husband specifically informed staff that we did not need housekeeping service, yet housekeeping still entered our room while we were away. We returned to find that someone had been inside despite our request. That was frustrating and completely unnecessary. I can confidently say that I will never stay here again.

La habitación con humedad y mal olor. El piso sucio sin mapear. Vimos dos cucarachas en las cortinas. Lo dejamos mas limpio de como lo entregaron y van 6 dias y no me han hecho el refund a la tarjeta de un supuesto cobro de depósito por limpieza. Lo unico bueno, agua caliente en la ducha.

The room are small and smell very bad

La piscina está en excelentes condiciones y limpia, áreas comunes también están limpias, los empleados tienen buen servicio pero la habitación no la limpian a diario solo antes del check in y luego del check out, la habitación que me tocó necesita reparaciones y reemplazo de artículos dañados o rotos por lo demás es funcional para pasar la noche

I do understand there was a no-refund policy in place, but I was hopeful they might offer a credit since we had planned to celebrate her birthday at a later date. Disappointed with the lack of accommodation during a difficult time.

Location was absolutely convenient, meaning so close of good restaurants, wallmart, ross, everything! Cleanness was terrible! I,ve found two small cockroaches!
