Room was a handicapped room. Shower/tub floor extremely slippery and dangerous. Knobs to turn on shower were ridiculous to adjust without getting in the shower first to adjust. Had to hang on to the shower rails to move in the tight tub to shower because we kept slipping in the shower. We are not even handicapped! Bed soft but ok. Staff friendly. Elevator floors sticky and dirty —there were grad parties but floors were gross

Clean, easy to find. Close to everything I needed

Clean & friendly. There are two individuals who went out of their way to make our stay memorable. First is Ms. Sharon. She has the best southern personality and greeted us with open arms. Like we were family. And the other individual was Billy the cook and oversaw the breakfast area. They both are the best. They both should be recognized by the Hilton Hotel for outstanding employees! Well maintained Staff didn’t care about preparing breakfast on one morning

The weather was cold, but the hotel was exceptional.

Wallpaper falling off walls (Room312 and hallways), toilet was broke and I had to take the internal parts apart to fix it. My daughter lost her key and asked the older gentleman to make new ones and he initially said he would just make another one. I asked to get two new ones because I didn't want someone to find the lost one and get into our daughters room and he told me that made no sense. Argued with me until I had enough. Left $20 on the bed for the cleaning service and they never came. Rooms are gross and very disappointed. I seek out Hilton hotels intentionally and not sure if it is because it is a Hilton garden, but was not the standard I am use to. If I were the owner, I would send someone in to secret shop this place with different issues and see how they are treated.

Also…..we tried to cancel our reservation and get a refund due to a death in our family and the celebration of life was the weekend of 10/31-11/2. Was told by Expedia they could not reach a manager after several attempts. Therefore, we were unable to cancel and get a refund. The hotel said they don’t have managers on property during the weekend and the managers hours are not consistent. Front desk person said Expedia was lying about them not being able to reach a manager. So, because this hotel is so poorly managed I missed 2 of the 3 days of my sister celebration of life, got zero compensation/refund, zero sleep, etc. Worst hotel ever!

Picked cuz said it had restaurant. The "grill in the hotel was open until 10pm, at 9pm they said they were pretty much out of everything. My hubby made a joke with breakfast worker, she went off on him about how much of a liberal she is, was very rude
