The room we were presented with had mold growing in it and smelled awful. When we complained they offered us a different room but said it because it is an old building. The floors were damp and moisture was on the walls and TV. They would not refund only offer new room. For being non smoking facility when you are walking through the halls all you can smell is smoke and marijuana. Over all very run down facility.

Great location wise, next to lots of great restaurants options much in walking distance from the stay. Steakhouses, Italian restaurants and much more.

The location is convenient. When I made my reservation, I specifically booked a Superior Room with Two Queen Beds, Poolside, Non-Smoking. Upon check-in, I was assigned a room that was not poolside. What concerns me most is that I was not informed of this change either before my arrival or during check-in. I only learned that my reserved room type was unavailable after I noticed the discrepancy and asked the front desk about it. At that time, I was told that no poolside rooms were available and that there were no alternative rooms to move me to. After settling into the room, I discovered several additional problems: • The bathroom exhaust fan was not working. • The television was not working properly. • The Wi-Fi connection was extremely slow and unreliable. • The bathroom sink was high, making it difficult for my 7-year-old child to use. I reported these issues to both book.com and the hotel. Later, I received a message stating that the hotel had agreed to arrange another room for me. However, when I returned to the front desk and showed them the message, the staff refused to change my room. I was told that Booking.com had provided incorrect information and that the Hotel was not responsible for it. I reported the situation to Booking.com again, but I did not receive any further response, even after I checked out. I would like to know who is responsible for the incorrect room assignment in this situation, as neither the hotel nor Booking.com took any effective action to resolve the problem.

Great overnight stay at a reasonable price! Clean hotel in a safe area.

The lobby and breakfast areas were nice, but the room itself wasn’t that great. Breakfast was mediocre, scrambled eggs were clearly from a mix. No hot oatmeal or hard boiled eggs. My son enjoyed the waffles. Nothing else to accommodate a gluten free diet. It was fine for a couple nights, but not amazing.

i requested a pool side room and upon arrival was told by lady at check-in desk that she had no record of that request. and put me clear on other side of hotel, in a handi-cap room with a walk in shower (no tub) i didnt like that i didnt get the room i requested. also my niece accidentally ran off and forgot the pillow that she brought with her (an expensive, ghost pillow) she called the hotel, and spoke with front desk that assured her that she would have house keeping hold on to it till we left the area, on way out of town, we stopped to get it, and the person she talked to said they no longer had it..pretty poor customer service if you ask me, that was a 100.oo pillow.
