It's close the beach front, just a 5 mins walk which was very good, and the beds are comfortable. Our stay at Qbic was extremely disappointing, we went a couple of years ago when they just opened and our experience was way different this time. The air conditioning in our room didn’t work, leaving it unbearably hot, and we were told it depended on other rooms’ settings, which made no sense. Despite staff knowing about the issue, we weren’t offered a new room. The TV also didn’t work properly, Netflix was inactive, and no one could provide the login details. There was no proper hot water in the shower unless we let it run for 10 minutes, and even then it was barely warm. The sink was constantly clogged, there was no cup for toothbrushes, and the soap and shampoo smelled unpleasant. Breakfast was below average, with very limited options and slow refilling of the buffet. We waited 10 minutes for basic items like croissants to be restocked, and when we ordered eggs, we only got 2 pieces of bacon and when we asked for more we were told extra bacon would cost more despite the already limited menu. On top of that, the morning reception staff member was unfriendly and made us feel unwelcome, especially when we needed access to the locker room before check-in and after check-out. Overall, we were very dissatisfied and would not recommend this hotel.

The staff, the facilities in the room, The bed, the clean room and location was good. The size of the room, the view from balcony and value of money were not worth it. The morning buffet was a disaster and a la carte menu was very limited and confusing. I was disappointed of the amount if money we paid for a regular riom with just a small bath tub. The reception lady said was the best room they had.. well, i can imagine for a three star hotel makes sense but not for me, that was not what i was expecting. The rooftop with the pool was a mess and very small, i couldn't walk up there. It's not worth visiting again.

The location is right in the center of Larnaca. Many shops and restaurants around. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The room was very small. The hotel is too simple to be considered 4 stars and is a bit over priced for tge facilities it offers.

It was our 2nd time staying at this hotel. Everything was great - starting with the incredibly hospitable staff. We will definitely return.

Excellent hotel. Large and cozy room, quality equipment, special design. Good and tasty breakfast. Excellent service. I would especially like to mention Natalie from the reception who helped us with every request, Shansi who made sure our room was clean and especially cozy, and the smiling guy at the reception who greeted us. The service was above expectations and made the stay especially pleasant.

It was in a great location - 5 minute walk from the beach, the staff was amazing, there was always someone at the desk to help with anything at any hour 24-7, the breakfast was amazing, the rooms were great and clean and had Netflix! We had a great time, definitely worth the money, we highly recommend:)

Location, staff, breakfast. Small rooms. Expansive. Many maintenance issues. Water in the pool is dirty, and wasn’t replaced even after mentioning the staff.
