Great location, friendly staff, nice roof pool and staff welcomed me to stay poolside after checkout and there was a shower and dressing room there. Good breakfast too There were no USB ports for charging phone and only European plug did not work. Also no conditioner in shower

Nothing except the location We did not get the room we booked and paid for. They moved us with kids at midnight to another hotel that was terrible. Very dirty and disgusting. Terrible breakfast. The entire place was nothing more than a bad youth hostel. A very bad experience

The location is great, the rooftop pool (not heated) is nice addition. Room is spacious, has a balcony and a small fridge. There is not electricity socket in the bathroom, which is a little weird. Considering the poor signal in cable tv, they should invest in smart tv. All other things are good.

Very close to beach and all the restaurants. Lots of construction currently happening, but totally not the hotel's fault. Roads will be super nice come this summer, so it will be worth it.

Size of the room. The facilities in the room. Central city location . Price value proposition. The receptionist made sure that I could get breakfast at 07:00 AM although they normally open only at 07:30. The streets surrounding the hotel were blocked in it was rather difficult to get to the hotel with a car

Everything was dirty, with dirty towels, I was there for only two hours I wanted a refund and to change the hotel and they gave me like 40% of the money I paid. So I didn't receive any more refund for the two hours that I was there.

The location was good. The room was big. There was an issue with the parking - it wasn’t accessible because of road renovations and it was not mentioned in the listing while we booked it (it said parking is available in the hotel), so we had to part far away. When we arrived and told that to the receptionist, he said that he just saw a motorcycle went by. We gently explained him that we arrived with a car, not a motorcycle. It would have been nice of him to acknowledge the issue instead of gaslighting us regarding the parking issue. This experience made our stay in this hotel less optimal than it could have been.

The price, the staff and location was really good The windows couldn’t close properly for some reason so noise from outside can be heard inside the room really loudly.

Very clean. The staff is very nice and friendly. 5 minutes from public transportation.

It was clean and close to the beach We are a family with 2 kids and we choose this hotel because the room had 1 king bed and 2 twin beds. But in reality it was a king bed and 2 small foldable beds. The receptionist told me that they don't have twin beds and all their rooms are double with added foldable beds. No other options provided.

The only thing we didn't like was the light. The blue light everywhere, inside and outside. And no bedtime (warm and not bright) light inside the room and bathroom.
