Bellagio

Clean room, great location!

Great stay! Breakfast was okay, casino didn’t payout often enough to keep guests wanting to keep gambling, but hotel was very nice and clean.

The room was very nice

Love our stay. Everything was great and a good location on the strip.

Concierge folks were awesome. So helpful. Excellent restaurant-HARVEST.

The guest service was horrendous and concierge never returned our call for pool reservations and dinner reservations . Room air conditioning was not working very well either. Rudy at front desk was excellent.

The staff was incredibly friendly and the property is amazing. If felt great to stay in such an iconic hotel and the experience didn't disappoint. The pillows and beds were very comfortable. Fatima at the front desk helped us out a lot. The only issue that we had was with parking payments. We prepaid for parking on the Bellagio app. When we left the parking lot we placed our ticket into the machine and that pre-payment hadn't been connected to the ticket so we paid double. I'm sure we'll be able to fix it via Bellagio customer service, but I don't recommend prepaying for parking.

Hotel is immaculate

The room was clean and atmosphere of the hotel was beautiful. All staff were professional and courteous.

Woke up to drilling in the AM in the room above me.

Amazing!

Great stay. Walking through hotel was long. And had an issue with a late checkout and property removing my digital room key access before we checked out. Causing a huge inconvenience.

Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. You have to spend for water and other essentials if you do not want to spend on the ones kept in the room. Their hotel premises had a few shopes where you can buy water for less than what they charge if you use the ones stacked in room. In room dining services are excellent, good food choices. Restaurants around the premises are great. Overall a fantastic stay

Amazing experience as usual! Bellagio never disappoints

The Bellagio makes one feel like you are on the best Las Vegas vacation , surrounded by everything you desire- beautiful casino, large rooms, service and security, beautiful resort amenities and shops, central strip location, very nice restaurants, and the feeling of luxury & special artistic decor.

I love Bellagio it’s one of my favorite hotels at the strip.

Exceptional

Location and the pool. Why in this day when everybody has ear pods and their preferred music on their pods to you have to continuously play piped music around the pool area. It was very annoying
