Caesars Palace

I enjoyed my stay, for someone who has visited Vegas many times and this my first time staying at Caesars. I was happy with the customer service and amenities available

Las habitaciones están muy viejas y descuidadas , aunque la limpieza estaba bien los cuartos necesitan ser remodelados , los servicios de habitación no te dan información completa respecto a los precios, te cobran taxes y no te lo informan , pagas precios excesivos por una noche como si fuera un hotel de lujo cuando no lo es para nada

No security check going up to the hotel room elevators or entering the pool.

Opulent, artistic and wonderful customer service! The fitness center is a full scale gym and the pool complex makes you feel like royalty!

Worst experience ever

Not having a personal refrigerator in the room was disappointing. The stocked one that costs a lot was not helpful.

When we checked in, (room wasn't ready yet) we were told we could come back to get keys and bypass the main check in line just to pick up keys. We stood in "key pickup" line for 30 minutes and didn't move. One member of our party then went to the main check in line which was about 20 deep at that time. HE GOT TO THE DESK BEFORE WE DID!! That was SUPER ANNOYING!! Wasted time, and the staff didn't even seem to care. The reason the "key pickup" line didn't move was because they had the desk attendants serving "premiere rewards" members (who had a separate line from "key pick up " line) ahead of "key pickup" line guests. Every time one of those members was just about finished with the desk, another joined that line so they got waited on next AHEAD OF EVERYONE IN THE KEY PICK UP LINE!!!!!! SUPER, SUPER ANNOYING!! Not good business!! Our time there was short and precious, but we wasted so much time waiting to pick up our keys.

Room was smoky… ran out of soap and shower products. There was multiple lights not working in the room

Room was pretty nice. Clean, well maintained. Pools were pretty good. Only thing that is a downside is the price of everything on site.

Property had great shops and restaurants. The mini bar with sensors that’ll charge you if you move the items wasn’t the best setting.
