It was quiet and updated. The room smelled a little funny when the AC was not on full blast, and there was some mold behind the shampoo and soap holders. I also saw a cockroach, just one but that usually means there are many more.

When the big hotels feel overwhelming, but you prefer to be close to the fun of Vegas, Candlewood was the perfect space to feel comfortable, get great sleep, and still be close to the action in a safe area. The pool and hot tub were a plus, the staff very kind and helpful, and the hotel was clean and well kept. Need to make a few days stop, this is a great place and option.

Rooms are big. Only downside is you have to get your own towels or anything for the room at the front desk.

The property itself is well-maintained, modern, and comfortable, making it a great choice in terms of amenities. However, the service from the staff was disappointing. The check-in process was slow and inefficient, taking nearly 20 minutes to complete, which created a frustrating first impression. Additionally, there was some confusion regarding the breakfast offering. While the booking mentioned that breakfast was included, in reality only coffee was available 24/7. Unfortunately, even this was not accessible at the time of arrival, as the drink vending machine was unavailable. Overall, while the hotel excels in its facilities, there is significant room for improvement in service quality and clarity of offerings.

I was not informed about the parking fee at time of check in until I received the ticket on my windshield.

Excellent place to stay. The employees were great from the minute we checked in to the time we checked out. Great area if you have kids. Very safe as well. Definitely staying there again.

Very clean rooms. I love the full size fridge and small stove.

This was one of the lowest cost hotels in Las Vegas near the strip and airport, so I didn't expect much. We were pleasantly surprised that the staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms w/ kitchenette are adequate, and the beds are comfortable. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy, but quiet and convenient to the Mandolay Bay end of the strip. There's a Denny's a block away.

All was good. Loved the pool.
