No resort fees which I hate hotels should pay there employees not traveler's. No deposit which is very rare for almost any destination. Still a few blocks from the strip. Nothing fancy go enjoy your stay in Las Vegas party until you're ready to lay down and go too sleep lol.... Also you can park right in front of your room door.. I always love that

It was convenient and a plus was decent parking and no resort fees! Always a good place to stay while I'm in Las Vegas.

When you pull into the parking lot, there is a lot of strange people lurking and looking at you and your family did not feel safe as walking up to the hotel to the check-in to my left was man with open shirts, big bellies, and women of the night and probably the person who she reports to being nice did not feel safe did not stay there. I wasn’t able to speak to anyone waited forever due to the big concert in town. The reason I was there with my kids to enjoy the BTS concert had to go find somewhere else appropriate for myself in my children to feel safe with Shown on their site which is a clean area when you pull in that is not true would not recommend
