Excellent service like always

My experience at circus/ circus was not so pleasant. The check in process lacks of customer service. You expect two people a dozen of people at once. Rooms smell dirty carpets are in need of shampooing. Bath tubs and handwash don’t drain. And to wrap this up the elevators are a joke. You would think as much money people spend to keep your business running it would have a very service.
-
Had to move rooms because blood was smeered on the wall. Toilet flush was crazy loud, rusted towel holders, staff acted like they don't care about your concerns.
-
Lots of stairs and long walk to get to check in. There was no staff welcoming people in the door when you came in and I asked another customer or check in was. It was very difficult navigating as I am disabled. It’s a great place for kids and family but it can also be a challenge for those with mobility issues. Unfortunately there wasn’t staff to ask for help. There should be signs to navigate where to go.

Clean room. Lots for the kids to do. Family friendly

We stayed at Circus Circus for four nights, from Wednesday to Sunday. During the first two days, when fewer guests were in the hotel, everything worked well and elevators arrived promptly. On weekends, however, crowds grew intense, making elevator access difficult—even after a lengthy wait, the lift would stop at every floor.

We selected this hotel because we have 2 kids (10 and 12) and were passing through Las Vegas on a road trip. The hotel has an indoor amusement park and small waterpark. We enjoyed the amusement park (additional fees). It had good rides both for young kids and young teens. The park was not crowded. The price for the rooms was very affordable. We stayed in the West Tower. No issues with elevators. Parking is free. There is food court for affordable options. The only reason not to give higher reviews, the property is not as nice as the LV strip hotels. The service for checking in and out leaves a lot to be desired. It is self check in and out. There are people to help, but it feels empty and uninviting. When checking out, there was no bell service. Apparently, no bell service is available on Tuesday and Wednesdays. With no bell service, you could not even get a cart for luggage. This is unacceptable.

Worst customer service ever. I called 5 times before checking in and was transferred guest services who doesn’t answer the phone. While the room was good for price, will never stay here again for the fact no one answers including the managers extension. Get it together.
