The location is great, and compared to many other Vegas hotels, this one doesn’t feel sleazy as many other hotels. The customer service across the board is literally bellow the expectations. It started from the first night, after a long journey of 18 hours I realized during the night that the hotel elevator makes a noise of a spaceship during takeoff. It happens every time that it passes through the floor. I survived the first terrible night and asked in the morning to switch a room. The receptionist said that they are aware of this noise problem and agreed to switch my room to another one in the afternoon. I left my stuff at the reception and came back in the evening in order to receive my new room, knowing the new room is ready since I received a confirmation email. Unfortunately, the receptionist said that the new room is in fact the same room that I as the previous night and that she doesn’t have any other room to offer me. I insisted to change a room due to the terrible noise problem. After long wait the manager of the reception agreed to change my room to a one which is not next to the noisy elevator. While the room was just fine and the noise wasn’t heard that much as in the previous room, I wasn’t lucky enough since after the first use the toilets got clogged. It took some time to the housekeeping to come over and fix the problem you wouldn’t expect from a high end and relatively new property. It is fair to mention that the hotel tried to make peace with me by top up my credits which I never used. Anyway, my experience didn’t end here. After the stay and only just until now (a few days after my trip) I was chasing the hotel in order to receive what I should receive by law: an invoice for my stay. I contacted the hotel at least 5 times through booking.com and directly and they simply refused sending me an invoice, claiming I should get it from booking. At the 6th or 7th attempt they finally accepted my request and sent me an invoice for the two rooms in my order. Bottom line: it could be a much better stay if the staff was more service oriented.

Front desk, from the moment we arrived... the lady was a power trip and so hospitable. She acts like those people that work at YMCA. She was truly an unhappy human being. She does not belong in a 5 star resort ambiance.

I also had a disappointing experience at the lobby bar. I waited about 10 minutes for service and was never acknowledged or helped. Better attention to guests in both the lobby and bar areas would go a long way toward matching the quality of the accommodations.

Exceptional

From the moment we arrived, the elegance of the lobby set the tone for what would be an exceptional stay. The room accommodations were luxurious, the poolside experience was wonderful, and the exclusive area reserved for Crockfords guests was a standout amenity. The spa was equally impressive — truly a world-class retreat. But the highlight of our entire stay was Selena at the front desk. We arrived with multiple reservations, and she seamlessly condensed everything into one perfectly organized stay — and even offered us an incredible upgrade overlooking the city of Las Vegas. Her customer service was remarkable from start to finish, and her follow-up throughout our stay showed just how much she genuinely cares about her guests. She was so warm and attentive to my family that we ended up extending our stay by two days. Selena is a true gem, and if you’re planning a visit to Crockfords, do yourself a favor and request her at the front desk. She is absolutely amazing. The resort as a whole is unparalleled, and I cannot wait to return

Crockford’s was outstanding and exceeded expectations
-
The passive aggressive housekeepers who kept moving the ensuite bathroom mats for guests to either trip over or break one’s neck. The west wing of Crockfords is a carpark view fyi. The distance from front desk to the ‘upgraded room’ was a very long way through 6 doors Ana L at reception, once I could find it, insisting on presenting me with the room card in both hands like a ‘plump squirrel’ eating with her thumbs on it. A very unattractive welcoming pre-sentation. The room upgrade avoided giving me the food credit, free parking and city view, I had paid for.

Check-in is a breeze. My brother came early and got the room ready. Thank you for free upgrade. Good clean room, daily housekeeping and even a turn down service. Free coffee and pastries at the lobby 6-10am. Staff friendly and always ready to help.
