Location and value...no resort fees

My biggest gripe is with trying to extend a stay. They do not match Expedia pricing. I was upgraded at no charge to me because I needed a fridge for medication and when I decided I wanted to extend, I couldn’t do it through Expedia and had to do it through the hotel. They gave me 2 options, pay their rate or check out and then check back in and have to put another deposit down. There has to be a simpler way to do this.

The room was extremely loud, almost impossible to sleep

We have access to a parking lot with an extra charge, but a discount with the hotel. It's right in the center, the staff were kind. There are only a few quiet rooms; all the others are boiling hot and the floor is shaking. If you want a quiet room, it costs an extra $20.

The room decor was really cool. Very 1930's No dresser or desk, just one table to set stuff on. The halls looked worn lol

The location was spot on at Fermont Street. The rooms was small but worth it for the price. The room service staffs were friendly and accommodative.

The room was exceptionally clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. Great location on Fremont St and within walking distance of a lot of venues, restaurants casinos and entertainment in general. The Apache is an old hotel and that gives it that old Historical Vegas charm. There was no fridge in the room such an inconvenience as I was there two days. The elevator stopped working that was connected to the parking deck. Lesson learned, be more attentive to the listed amenities. Parking was free, so a big plus for the downtown area.

The staff were great and right on Fremont Street. The bed was a bit uncomfortable and the AC was on as low as it would go, but although way cooler than outside, still a bit warm

Was clean and they respected our sign to not disturb. It was a hauted Hotel and I didnt see anywhere in booking website when I got it.

Very efficient for a day or two. The rooms were exceptionally clean. GREAT location. Staff was a little snotty.

None Prostitute was all over boulder hay and in casinos. Playing machine with no $! Faking the playing machine. 3 came up to me and wanted to sleep in the room as I'm looking for my room! The temperature was triple digit and the pool was closed. I will not book this place again. I booked a Hotel apache for 2 days and no resort fees and my deposit was refunded 1 day or less! I got a refund for my deposit for 1 2 night at Arizona Charles and I had to book it again from Thursday to Friday today! 2 deposits I haven't got back!! Resort fees were a surprise to me because I wasn't expecting it before booking the app only showed the price of room and tax and frees was excluded. This is not my first time booking a Hotel. Is not a hotel is a motel!! I want parts refund at least! I won't even give stars for this dump!!
